SH:I SITC of RO plant i/c Water Dispensers

Supply of 1000 Liters/hour RO plant including pre-filteration for 2500 LPH @ 50% recovery, raw water feed pump ( 1 Main + 1 Satnd By), dual media & Activated carbon filter of FRP construction, Cartridge filters, dosing pump ( 04 Main + 1 Standby) for disinfectant, Antioxidant, Antiscalant, PH booster;Dosing pump and tank(HDPE 100ltr) for inprocess cleaning; i/c membrane, Pressure vessel 2 Nos, CIP system, high pressure pump of SS Constructions ( 1 main + 1 stand by), Microprocessor Control panel, LP/HP Cut off switches, Pressure gauges, flow meter, pressure gauge fittings, media, 2000 liters capacity feed water tank ( Sintex), UPVC pipe interconnection and fittings for high pressure line, etc complete as required & as per technical specification.

Installation, Testing and commisioning of 1000 LPH RO plant and its accessories etc., complete as required at site.

SITC of SS304 grade, Metal Thickness - 1.5 mm stainless steel water storage tank capacity of 3000 Ltrs with leak proof, weather resistant , long durability and sediments accumulated at the bottom of the tank can be drained out easily, stand and dismantling of Existing Sintex tank and shifting to AAI Store etc. complete as required.

SITC of SS304 grade, Metal Thickness - 1.5 mm stainless steel water storage tank capacity of 2000 Ltrs with leak proof, weather resistant , long durability and sediments accumulated at the bottom of the tank can be drained out easily, stand and dismantling of Existing Sintex tank and shifting to AAI Store etc. complete as required.

SH:II Maintenance of RO plant i/c water dispensers

Comprehensive Maintenance contract of 1000 LPH capacity RO Plant & water dispensers to ensure Satisfactory serviceability for the details of installations and carry out routine maintenance periodical maintenance etc (i/c monthly visit; 4 cleaning visit and Emergency visit if any) complete as req & as per CMC specification mentioned in special condition of contract. (After Completion of DLP)
