Welding per 5 cm wherever necessary, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamal paint (1st grade quality shade/colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge) including denting and painting of almirah steel large throughout inside and outside complete with spray machine after properly smoothing the surface all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Removing of old unsv conduit pipe of locker bed side steel, S&F of new CP steel 16mm dia 22 guage conduit hanging pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing of old unsv handle of locker bed side steel, S&F of new CP steel handle 150 mm long as approved by Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing of old unsv hinges of locker bed side steel, S&F of new MS hinges 75mm long as approved by Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing of old unsv foot rest of locker bed side steel, S&F new foot rest made out 1.6 mm thick MS sheet with continuous gas welding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Welding per 5 cm as required and specified.

TABLE DINING 8 PERS (FD- 273) Removing of old broken parts of table carefully without damaging adjacent parts, supply and fixing of new parts made of well seasoned sheesham/teak wood, made to shape as per drawing, joints to be strengthened by using adhesive and bamboo pins complete and shown on drawing for the following parts of items :-

Supply and fixing top to the table made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, natural teak color, edges duly covered with 4mm thick edging of teak wood all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Removing of old/ broken legs from existing table dining 8person, providing new legs made out of first class Teak/sheesham wood as directed by Enginner-in-charge and shown on drawing

Removing of old/broken long rail from existing table dining 8 person, providing new front /rear rail to table as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shown on drawing.

Removing of old/broken short rail from existing table dining 8 person, providing new side rail to table as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shown on drawing

L-Shape corner of flat iron as per drawing between legs and rail fixed with screws all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of table, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, the table shall be polished with french polish after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface complete, all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD- 230)

Taking down old unserviceable nylon newar form GI charpoy (FD-220) and S & F of 12mm thick ply wood (7 Nos of ply) of size 1980mmx900mm BWR grade or as per ground requirment. Fixing of ply wood on the top of GI charpoy with flat headed bolt. Nut and washers of size 60-65mmx6mm dia shall be done all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in the way as under :- (a) Two Nos of stiffeners made out of flat iron of size 50mm wide and 6mm thick of length as width of charpoy for support of plywood shall be provided Both the ends of GI stiffeners shall be bent into shape as directed and a hole of 6mm dia shall be made at the both ends with drill machine so as to fix it with long rail of GI charpoy with sutiable size of flat headed bolts, nut and double washer having full support to ply wood. GI stiffeners shall have one additional hole of 6mm dia at the centre for fixing ply wood with nut, bolt and washers. Stiffeners shall be panted with two coats of enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (b) Drilling of three holes on long rails and two holes on short rails of 6mm dia for fixing plywood. (c) Make of plywood :- KIT PLY.

Taking down old broken/unserviceable long rail of GI charpoy and S&F new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked with both ends threaded as shown on drg and all as directed By Engr-In-Charge. Make of GI tubing :- TATA, PRAKASH, SURYA,JINDAL

Cutting existing Unserviceable long rails retrived from item 5.02 above and converting into short rails as per existing pattern/design duly threaded at both end and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable short rails all as per drg all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Cutting existing unserviceable short rails retrived from item 5.03 above and converting into legs all as per existing pattern/design duly threaded 32mm at one end and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable legs complete all as per drg all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable three way GI elbow from GI charpoys by unscrewing and provision of new GI elbows 32mm ISI maked and fixing as per existing pattern/design complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old broken/unserviceable check nuts from GI charpoys by unscrewing and provision of new GI check nut 8mm wide, 32mm dia ISI marked and fixing as per existing pattern/design complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Table office clerk steel (FD-84, 1003)

S&F of new locks 4 levers with duplicate keys, the locks shall be of approved quality incl removal of old unserviceable locks Make - Godrej, Harrison, Prakash, Chowdhary, Supreme, Rima complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of top with BWR 18/19 mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade natural teak shade on one side and ivory on another side with teak wood edging all round including removal of old UNSV Existing Top Make of particle board shall be NOVAPAN/BHUTAN/KITPLY confirming to IS-3097 & IS-12823.

S&F new best quality rubber shoes to four legs of each table, including removal of old broken shoes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Welding per 5cm to broken legs/stiffner complete all as specified and directed

Denting and painting of table clerk throughout inside and outside with one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade quality (shade/colour) shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge after proper smoothening surfacing denting and repairing be carried out to drawer for fixing and smooth functioning of drawers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

RECANNING OF WOODEN /STEEL FURNITURE :- Material and labour for re-canning of all types of wooden /steel chairs with 2 mm wide half round white plastic cane and border with 3 mm wide half round white plastic cane as per godrej Pattern all as shown and specified in drg and all as directed. Replacing with 2 Nos short rail of GI Pipe Made out of old long rail retrieved vide ser No 19.02 here-in-before duly threaded both end to require size fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old broken unserviceable short rails and replacing with 2 Nos Legs made out of old short rail retrieved vide ser No 19.03 here-in-before duly threaded to required size ; fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore/dia ISI marked complete all as specified as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32mm bore/dia as per sample kept in BSOs office and as directed.

CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK (CWE/FD-01/06)

Taking out unserviceable Ply 12 mm thick from the frame of Charpoy ,S&F 12mm thick BWR Plywood of approved make and brand. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable nut and bolts from charpoy double bunk as per existing size 50 mm long , S&F new nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Materials and labour of one coat of synthetic enamel silver colour paint to steel portion of double bunk charpoy, rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
