The membrane shall be laid over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.300 kg/ltr per sqm made by the same membrane manufacture after necessary surfaces preparatory works such as cleaning the surfaces throughly,shapping mouth of outlets including cutting grooves (50mm x50mm) in parapet and inserting edges of membrane and making goods damage by sand cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer and this certificate shall sumbitted by contractor before execution of work and no payement shall be done if the contractor not submitted the same.
