Fabrication, inspection, testing and supply of austenitic SS304L Tank as per enclosed drawings and quantities mentioned there on as per Annexure-I. The work includes preparation of shop floor fabrication drawing, design-verification, taking delivery of free issue materials (FIM) listed in Schedule-B & providing insurance coverage for FIM if vendor takes these materials out of WM site, supply of requisite materials & consumables other than FIM, cleaning, descaling & passivation of all SS materials, fabrication of tank as per the enclosed drawings & specification using GTAW process and getting stage wise clearance from the department, Solution Annealing (Heat Treatment) of pressure parts viz. dished ends etc., carry out various NDT like fit up of the equipment of weld joint, LPT of root and final pass of all joints, 100% Radiography Test (RT) of all butt joints on pressure parts or parts in direct contact with the process fluids viz. shells, dished ends etc., inspection, pneumatic pressure testing, hydrostatic pressure testing and safe delivery of Sludge Transport Tank at WM, NRB, BARC, Tarapur as per Annexure-I for one set. SS Lining; Collection of SS sheets, Lining of MS Shielding Box, provide inside as per drawing, LPT of weld Joints.
Supply of MS plate and Fabrication of Shielding box as per drawing and applicable standard & code for radiation shielding as per technical specification.
