Complete rewinding 25 HP, 3 phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor in PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size, gauge, and number of turns. Complete details are as under: The job includes dismantling of the submersible motor at site, shifting to the workshop, repairing, shifting back to site, re-fitting and successful testing on full load. Job includes repairing / fabrication and providing / replacement of following items. Copper wire used in rewinding of 2 No. 25 HP submersible motor. Cost of scrap copper dismanttled windings 20.80 Kg will be deducted
Rewinding, Skilled labor, tapping and sleeves used during rewinding and testing of motor at site.
Cost on account of associated/consumable items like crimpled paper, sleeves, PVC paper, bamboo sticks, thread, etc
Replacement of Racer plate to submersible motor including extraction of damaged items, transportation, loading, unloading, shifting back and then fitting and successful testing on no and full load at site
Replacement of Gun metal bush (finished) to the submersible motor as per sample
