SH:- I Supply Item

Supply of 1C X 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade Single Core unarmoured Primary Circuit Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE/PVC insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed, Cable for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) and as per technical specification etc. as required..

Supply of Unidirectional elevated high intensity LED type Approach light fitting complete with prefocussed LED modules with relector and LED driver suitable for series circuit 2.8 A to 6.6 Amps, clear outer prismatic/glass , holding mechanisam, ball joint for easy levelling, breakable coupling, central column mounting assembly, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers & other accessories etc. and confirming to particular specifications and to meet latest ICAO/FAA/DGCA CAR specifications as required.

Supply of FAA Compliance Inset type high intensity Approach (APCL) light fitting for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminium complete with LED Lamp 6.6 Amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "0" ring seal, pressure relief test plug hardware, lenses and all standard accessories and ready for site installation complete with all accessories as required and confirming to particular specifications and to meet latest ICAO/FAA/DGCA CAR specifications as required.

Supply of following rating completely enclosed isolating transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV and all rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base confirming to specification as required.

Isolating Transformer 45 W 6.6/6.6A

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti termite & rodent treated 1.1 KV grade underground cable complete with plug & receptacles etc. complete as required.

Supply of Cylindrical CI Isolating Transformer housing box of Size 350mm (l)x 350mm(w) X450mm(h), all sides made out of 6 mm thick MS sheet all around including bottom & top surface, having 2 nos. equidistant holes to receive 50mm dia pipe, 50mm above the bottom of opposite two side surfaces (350X 450mm). The box shall have one SS earth bolt of size M10 x 40 mm tapped inside and having one drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1 no 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe. The housing shall be suitable to receive light fitting base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220 mm dia at the top surface and 6 numbers M 10 tapped hole centred at 260 mm dia. The MS housing shall be supplied with 6 mm thick MS dummy round plate of 330 mm dia with 6 nos M10 SS bolts with tapped hole, including painting of entire housing and cover with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of black enamel paint etc. as required as per the enclosed indicative drawing, however the prior approval of drawing by EIC shall be taken before supply.

Supply of Inset type FAA compliance Uni directional Stop Bar light fitting (Red Colour) suitable for straight section (off set) / curved section for aviation visual aids required complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover complete with 45 Watts nominal capacity, 6.6 amps halogen lamp complete with all standard accessories and ready for site installation, meeting specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2.5 KW Indoor type air cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of micro processor controlled, thyristor type suitable for operation on 415 V AC ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC/ PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipment's, hours run counter, LED display complete as required for the following rating and conforming to technical specifications suitable for communication & operation on Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS)

Supply of following size of 1C x 6 Sqmm 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B’ connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PE sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required.

Supply of green colour single core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire along with secondary lead cable i/c connection complete as required.

Supply of Breakable cuppling for Unidirectional elevated high intensity LED type Approach light fitting complete.as required

Supply of LED Driver with Transformer for Unidirectional elevated high intensity LED type Approach light fitting complete.as required.

Supply of LED Modules with Base for Unidirectional elevated high intensity LED type Approach light fitting complete.as required.

SH:- II SITC Item

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of secondary Connectors (male & Female) of size 2 x 4 Sq.mm multi stranded annealed conductor CPE sheathed unshielded cable of 600 V grade on one end.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Installation of Cylindrical CI Transformer housing box of Size 350mm x 350mm X 450mm height inside i/c cutting/ excavation of surface/earth, providing two nos. 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c levelling of housing box with suitable instrument etc.,, painting of box with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint and installation of housing box in soil providing base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 350 x 350 x 150 mm thick, and PCC of 1:2:4 all around the housing box of width not less than 125 mm and making suitable slop to the level of runway all around the housing box, painting, lettering, numbering etc. i/c disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making good the same as original complete as required.

Making field connection by crimping of 6/16 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6/16 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying HTPVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating transformer housing box etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 Metres.

Constructing masonry Chamber for GLF cables size 60x60x75 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and 100 mm RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, 150mm foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Laying of following size one number XLPE insulated and PE sheathed primary circuit cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe/ cable tray /Open masonary duct etc. as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Elevated type approach light on existing transformer housing boxes, providing and fixing upto 63mnm dia Alluminum pipe, upto 3 meter with cutting threading suitable fitting arrangement at site requirement i/c supply of all materials except isolating transformer & complete as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of following up to 12" sizes inset fitting with core cutting aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material of reputed make and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of plug receptacles, & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 100 mm and width upto 25 mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead AFL cable along with laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c filling the same by suitable sealing material of reputed make etc. complete as required i/c disposal of excavated PQC/ bitumin, debris/malba and making good the same as per instruction of EIC.

Erection of 7 mtr. height street light pole of above pole including the RCC foundation and J type 8nos.of holes Suitable for M24 X 1000mm galvanized Foundation bolts. made from cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per design including excavation and refilling etc. as required. ( LxWxH = 1x1x1.2)

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Taking GPS based co-ordinates on complete length of SAPL by using total station and identifying the locations of light fixtures, route of cable etc. based on GPS co- ordinates and marking the same at physical site and on drawings, preparation and submission of reports / drawings as required and as per directions of the Engineer In charge.
