Taking down Solar water heater for repair /maintenance including servicing capacity upto 300 LPD installed at single/double/triple story bldgs for carrying out minor leakage, cleaning of flat plate collector glass & cleaning of sintex tank and make up tank incl dismantling inlet and out let connection s and re-fixing the same after cleaning for proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Thermostate suitable for 0 -100 degree, AC, 230V, single phase, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and recommended by manufacturer.

M&L in replacement PVC tank double layered of capacity 300 ltrs as make up tank as per ISI mark incl connecting existing inlet and outlet pipe connection after complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M&L, for providing rubber foam heavy duty insulation tube over the existing GI tubing of any length at any location in replacement of worn out insulation all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for GI tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings , laid in trenches /on wall/floor etc . ISI mark 25 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of rubber hose pipe 15mm dia between hot water tank & collector with fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for laying of water pipe lines/taking out pipe lines and getting out in soft/lose of soil including forming bottom surface to required level and slope all as specified and directed.

Returing ,fiiling including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exe. 2.5 cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and doepositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strarting point.

M&L for framed bracket of angle iron / Tees /GI pipe cut and bend to shape ,drilled and screw , including bending & welding angle as necessary GI pipe angle iron frame /stand to make structural stand complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for painting to angle iron /GI pipe frame / stand after cleaning properly removing dirt ,dust ,rubbing with sand papper and applying two coat of synthetic enamell paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,incl marking of MES no the solar water heater complete all as directed by engr -in- charge

M&L for cutting existing GI steel tubing of size upto 80 mm dia and screwing existing steel tubing for alteration or addition ( or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) of 20 mm bore complete all as directed by engr -in- charge

M&L in replacement for Sub Main wiring with two runs of 6sq mm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of suitable sizewith all necessary fittings, surface in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly incl sunken boxes for fitting suitable fixturescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L replacement for submain wiring 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC conduit heavy duty of suitable size incl cutting chiseling of wall and making good to disturbed surface of walls / floor etc with plastering painting etc so as to match with the existing finishes, drawn with 6 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified. S&F sheet metal enclosure with single door for DBs conforms to IS:8623.III , IP:43 protection, shrouded neutral bar and cement spill protector, 2 way, 240 Volt SPN Make : Legrand /Siemens /Havells

Note The amount of Rs 73080/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 139 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
