A2-Indoor & Outdoor Execution Schedule

Alteration of wiring in existing apparatus cases full/half. This includes supply of all 01 materials in connection with alteration in wiring. All the materials shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. This includes entry of cables, sand filling and masonry work involved. Lettering and painting to be done by the contractor at his own cost. Railway shall supply only relays and relay bases.

Fixing of relay bases and wiring, bunching, fixing of relays, wiring in Old relay racks/location box and also carrying out any alteration in existing relay rack duly wiring and 02 connecting New to old and Old to old relays by standard wires (RDSO Approved Sources) as per Circuit diagram. Fuses of bases, condensers, ND fuses, LED indicator & its wiring for relay rack. All materials required for this work will be supplied by the contractor from RDSO Approved Sources. Relays with accessories will be supplied by the Railway.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance free and permanent earth as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/197 Version 1.0 and Technical Specification as per section H, Chapter 8. Materials for earthing and bonding to be inspected by RDSO.

Transportation & fixing of Calling On Signals/ dependent shunt signals with marker for 04 multiple aspect colour light signals on the erected signal posts complete with marker including termination of cables, wiring, signal testing, and focussing. Railway will supply only calling-on- signal/dependent shunt signal with off-set bracket from stores. Tenderer shall supply all other materials required for the work.

[iii] Fixing of Calling On LED type lamp unit with current regulator in Calling on signal unit. This includes taking the cable inside the unit, fixing of current regulator etc., complete wiring, 06 fitting of terminals, LED signal lamps, and fittings as required. The painting and lettering of existing markers and numbering plate to be done by enamel paint. All materials including PVC wires, blanking stretcher, PVC flexible pipe, hylum strip (6 mm thick), terminals and all sundry materials are to be supplied by the contractor. Railway will supply LED Units.

Transportation, installation of point machine on MS plate fixed on wooden/psc/steel sleeper complete with fixing of anti theft arrangement, 'D' Bracket, junction boxes, connection including smithy works involved for ground connection, including rivetting/welding of angle cleats, 07 termination of cables. Preliminary adjustment for operation of points by crank handle. oiling, greasing, painting and lettering as required. This also includes supply and fixing telescopic arrangement using GI pipes of required dia for provision of wires from junction box to point machine. Railway will supply point machine, ground connection from stores. Tender shall supply all other materials required for the works.The contractor shall overhaul the point machine before installation.

Wiring and testing of electric point machine as per the wiring diagram supplied by the 08 Railway. This also includes the connection of complete ground connections of electric point machine and fixing of insulation materials and providing one numbers of seven lever [7 levers] Godrej locks with three keys each, per machine for outside cover, fixing arrangement of crank handle interlocking in point machine, and fixing of 'E' type lock [if required]. Railway will supply electric point machine, ground connections with insulations and junction boxes. Tenderer shall transport the materials issued by Railways to the site of work at his own cost and shall also supply materials such as PVC wire for wiring, one numbers of Godrej (7 Levers) locks with three keys each per lock, per point machine, and any other materials that are required for installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of the said work at his own cost. Also Preparation of point parameter history records and maintenance register duly recording the measurements in prescribed format jointly with Railway representative and handover all records to the Railway.

b] Installation of Curved Portion (Point Zone) track circuits including supply of materials as per directive of site Engineer. NOTE: (i) This includes drilling 9/32" holes on rails, provision of bonding, fixing of track lead junction box, provision of track lead jumper wires, fixing of track circuit equipment i.e. track charger, resistance, fuses, batteries, chokes, relays, anti-titling 10 arrangement (if required), painting, lettering and numbering etc. This includes insulation of gauge tie plates, Crossing plates, rod in siding points if required or any other place as instructed by Railway Site Engineer, by tenderer's insulation materials. (ii) Preparation of Track circuit history records and maintenance register duly recording the measurements in prescribed format jointly with Railway representative and handover all records to the Railway. NOTE: 1.Railway will supply Track Charger, B - type choke, Resistance, battery, TLJB and relays from the stores at and are to be transported to site of work at contractor's cost. Tenderer shall supply any other materials that are required for the work.

Supply, transportation, fixing and execution of continuity bond for Glued Joints. The 11 contractor shall supply bond wire of 8-SWG, channel pins, drill twist of size 9/32" and any other materials to execute the work. The drilling machine, hammer, packing materials, lubricant and any other materials required to execute the said work shall be arranged by the contractor. The work will be carried out as per instruction of Site Engineer of Railway.

Transportation, Charging, installation, wiring of low maintenance Secondary cells as per manufacture's instructions and Railway's directive. This includes supply of distilled water and sulphuric acid by the contractor at his own cost. The un charged batteries with connector shall be supplied by the Railway. Materials including 3/0.29 PVC wires, battery connector , brass bolts and nuts , PVC tapes eyelets, etc and all other materials shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: [1] 12 Before completion of works contractor shall prepare jointly with Railway Engineer at site and submitt battery capacity test report as per approved format of Railway and hand over all relevant records to the Railway. [2] All the cells failing in the discharged capacity test in the Railway premises will be replaced by new ones free of cost. Railway Engineers decision shall be final. . Capacity test register ( binded size no. 10) in prescribed format shall be supplied by the contractor. In case of failure in capacity test tenderer will be responsible for fresh charging/replacement of the batteries. 2 Volts/80 AH

Supply, transportation, erection, and grouting of Composite Relay Racks / Relay Racks / CT racks as per Drg.No. SK/DRG/OL/SER/192, SH-1/2 (for Composite Relay Racks), Drg.No. SK/DRG/OL/SER/192, SH-2/2 (for Relay Racks) and Drg.No. S&T/CON/HQ/VSKP/95/92 (for CT Racks) respectively, including fixing of racks, PBT terminals 1-Way/6-Way, ND Fuses, Bus Bars, Eyelets, Hylum strips of required thickness [12 mm] as per length required at site, condensers and resistances etc., wherever required as per directions of Site Engineer. Inspection of Composite Racks / Relay racks/CT racks by Representative of Railway before use. Tenderer shall supply all the materials from RDSO approved sources such as PBT terminals 1-Way/6-Way, ND Fuses, Fuse blocks, Bus Bars, Eyelets, Hylum strips (12 mm thicknessn ISI Mark) condensers and resistances etc., and any other materials required for the work at his own cost.

Supply, transportation and fixing of MS ladder with suitable clamping arrangement & associated masonary and smithy work in Relay room, equipment room, Battery room, Goomties and 14 cabins etc. The MS ladder should be made of 1" X 1" (1/8"/3 mm thickness) and MS flat size of 1" wide X 1/8" / 3 mm thickness. MS flat shall be provided at every 8"apart. Width of ladder shall be 8". Tenderer shall supply all materials for this work. Inspection By representative of Railway before use. [RM=Running Meter] Note : Unit should be read as Running Meter

Wiring and testing of complete Relay Rack / CT Rack / Composite Relay Rack as per wiring diagram for maximum number of plug in type relay & shelf type relays of different sizes or as directed by Railway Engineers at site. This includes rack to rack wiring through MS ladder fixed on the top of the relay rack, crimping eyelets in the terminals fitted in the cables termination rack, numbering by ferrules 2.5 sq. mm, bunching of wires by bunching Tape/Thread and buttons, painting and lettering as required. Wiring of the racks shall be done with PVC wire of size 16/0.2 mm and 15 3/0.75 mm. Tenderer shall supply all wires & wiring materials purchased from RDSO approved sources. "Note: 1) Only relay and relay bases will be supplied by the Railway. Contractor has to supply all other materials for the above work and make arrangement for transportation of materials supplied by Railway at his own cost. 2) Only brass screws shall be used for fixing of relay bases. 3) All types of wires and wiring materials, eyelets of sizes (make: Dowell's or similar), ferrules (2.5 sq.mm), resin core solder, insulating tape, bunching belt & buttons etc. are to be supplied by the contractor. Wires will be procured from RDSO approved sources only. and all other components will be supplied by the contractor as per requirement at site."

Alteration of wiring in existing Relay rack/ CT rack/composite relay rack. This includes 16 supply of all types of wires, eyelets, nuts & bolts, bunching material, ferrules, ARA terminals, fuses & fuse blockes by the contractor at his own cost. Lettering & painting to be done by the contractor at his own cost. Wire (RDSO Approved Sources) to be inspected by the representative of Railway before use.

Transportation, installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of RKT on 20 mm pre- 17 laminated, BWP, termite proof, borer proof plywood (or on a 12 mm Hylum sheet ISI Mark) of size 300 mm X 400 mm X 12 mm per RKT, including termination of cable/indoor wire, LED, push buttons etc. Railway will supply only RKT. Tenderer will supply all other required materials for the work. Inspection of plywood/Hylum sheets by Representative of Railway before use.

Manufacture, supply, transportation and fixing of wooden box/MS box/Hylem board for terminating the power cable in Goomties, Relay room and any other places as instructed by site Engineer.

Painting, varnishing, numbering, lettering and graphiting of all outdoor and indoor 19 signalling equipments over and above the initial painting as per instruction of Railway representative at site. This includes supply of paints, varnish, graphites and any other consumables by the contractor. Note : Unit should be read as Lumpsum Station (LS/STN)

"Wiring, testing and commissioning of overall circuits and ground gears of approved interlocking arrangement as per approved circuit diagram and Interlocking plan. This also includes making corrections/alterations in As Planned drawings and documents as per the execution at site. This includes Free home signal connection at site and SM's office, telephone connection in the 20 tents/goomties and any other communication arrangement for the Non interlocking at the station or as decided by the representative of Railway during non interlocking. The materials required for preparation of Free Home indication board will be supplied by the tenderer.This also includes painting and lettering of gears. Telephone , VHF Sets/Walkie Talkie sets will be supplied by railway. Note: In case of IBS : It includes overall testing and commissioning of IBS and both the end stations associated with IBS modification." Note : Unit should be read as Stn./IBS

Maintenance of all the installation of PI/EI stations under an able and competent supervisor for a period of 30-days from the date the works of a station is handed over to the traffic and as per directive of Rly. Representative. This includes supply of minimum 5 Kg of grease, Lubricating oil of 5 Ltrs. for Point Machines, lubricants(black oil), distilled water , Cotton Waste of 5 Kgs and all other petty consumables for regular maintenance. "Note: (i) During maintenance period all sorts of repairing, replacement of defective gears, oiling, greasing, cleaning and transportation of materials required thereof shall be carried out in addition to regular maintenance works by the contractor. (ii) During maintenance period maintenance staff shall be provided by the contractor round the clock to assist Rly. Official as directd by Railway. (iii) During the above maintenance period contractor has to replace/repair any defect to the corrections of the fact pointed out by the Railway Administration at contractors cost without endengering Railway safety and safety rules. " (iv) During the above maintenance period contractor shall comply all the residual works and carry out petty repair works and attending failures promptly by keeping artisan staff who must be available round the clock.The contractor will supply, prepare and fill up all the required following registers: Cable Insulation Register, Track History Cards, Battery History Register, Equipment History Register, Signal Lamp Replacement Register, Joint P-Way & S&T Inspection register, Relay History Register, Diesel Generator Log Book, Point Machine Over-hauling Register, Relay Room Key Register, Seperate Register for Each Counters and any other registers and documents as per standard guide lines issued by the Railway time to time and as per directives of the Railway Administration. Contractor shall maintain all the records neatly and hand over all the registers and documents to the Railway Administration.During maintenance and for taking all the above parameters tenderer staff will work as instructer by Railway. Maintenance of 6 & above line station.

(b) Dismantling of the RCC structure of Signal & Loacation box or any other signalling structure by hydraulic breaker/Manual. This includes transportation and removal of debris from site as instructed by the Railway.

[g] Supply of soft copy in CD of station/Gate working rules with contractor's stationery, tools, plants and materials.

Supply and execution of Earth Leakage Detector 12 Channel as per RDSO specification No: RDSO/SPN/256/2002 or latest.Inspection by RDSO.

Supply and execution of Earth Leakage Detector 8 Channel as per RDSO specification No: RDSO/SPN/256/2002 or latest. Inspection by RDSO.

Transportation, Installation, testing and final commissioning of Data Logger Equipment in view of Up gradation of existing Data Logger with Scanner card and software as per RDSO Spec. No. 99/2006 or latest. The Scanner card and software will be supplied by the Railway.

Miscellaneous arrangement for NI period comprising of Provision of water-proof 30 temporary goomty/tent at both side of the station yard and at central panel building. Each goomties to be furnished with one iron table, six chairs, emergency light and mosquito repellent caps for NI staff, PA system, crowbar men for operating point and men for supplying water to tents. Note : Unit should be read as Stn./IBS

Transportation and jointing (straight through and derivation) of PIJF/quad cables size TSF-IV as per Specn No. IRS: TC-31/96 & IRS 30/97. Jointing kits shall be supplied by the Railway. All other materials shall be supplied by the tenderer.

Supply, transportation a n d Installation of 10/20/50 pair Aluminium CT Box and 32 termination of cables inside C.T. Box in station building cabin/office/quarters as per instructions of site Engineer. All materials like C.T. Box shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. Inspection by representative of Railway. This also includes painting and lettering of description.

Transportation of HDPE pipe from the store to work site, laying of the same (With 4 33 mm nylon rope, pre inserted inside the HDPE pipe) in excavated trench/ already laid GI/ RCC pipe / tubes, jointing, leveling and end sealing the pipes, HDPE pipe, couplers and end caps shall be supplied by Railway, Nylon rope shall be supplied by the contractor.

Transportation of OFC from the store of to work site with care, and pushing/ pulling OFC through the HDPE pipes sealing of the duct by simple plugs. The cable is to be laid by 34 mechanised means. At inaccessible places where mechanised laying is not possible, the cable is to be laid manually by pulling through pre inserted rope. Empty cable drums with or without leftover cable should be returned to the store. This also includes testing of cable drums by OTDR in the store premises before transportation and submission of results thereof. Per Block

End to end testing of all fibers of the optical fiber cable between station/ cable huts. This includes submission of test results in 4 copies as detailed in the technical specifications to be collected from the Railway. Note : Unit should be read as Section.

Supply, transportation, installation OFC termination box suitable for 19" rack mount as per RDSO specification no. IRS:TC:81-2000 part B with latest amendment, Splicing & deriving of 36 optical fiber cable inside the fiber termination box. All materials shall be arranged by contractor except optical patch cords which will be supplied by Railway. The OFC termination box shall be fitted on the wall using laminated board of 25 mm thickness suitable to accommodate 3 nos. of OFC termination box. Laminated board shall be fitted on the wall using clamps.

Supply ,transportation & installation of Optical Fibre cable joint enclosure and splicing of OFC (24 Fibre) and testing. OFC spicing shall be done in presence of Railway Representative.

Excavation of cable joint pit of size 1m x 1mx 1.2 in all types of soil for jointing of copper cables, back filling and ramming after jointing.

Cutting of Trench across /on Platforms with refilling and repairing the Platforms for concealed wiring for a depth of about 25 cm and width 10cm with marble cutting machine and filling the trench after cable laying and restoring the surface /trenching in non concrete area to depth of one meter.Refilling after cable laying and restoration the surface to normal condition etc.

Concealed wiring of cat-6 cable/telephone cable/ OFC cable in the PVC pipe/PVC channel by making groove in the wall, fixing the PVC pipe with clamps, nails and plastering and distempering to make it as it was earlier as per instructions of engineerin-charge.This includes laying 40 and fixing of allthe PVC pipes as per colour in systematic way as per instruction of Rly. Engg. at site. required for laying of all types of cables for railnet, telephone connection etc.,All the sundry items for the work has to be supplied by the contractor. Railways will supply telephone cables/Cat-6 cables and PVC pipe/channels. All the telecom cables will be drawn from the specified location , approved drawing.

Laying of OFC/Powercable/CAT-6 cable/ PACable/ Data cable and all the other types of telecom cable through HDPE pipe/casing capping /false ceiling with laying/fixing of HDPE pipe/casing 41 capping/PVC pipe for connecting/ interfacing various components and system integration. All materials for jointing and termination of power cable/CAT-6 cable as per site requirement are to be supplied by contractor. This item also includes supply of RJ-45 connector with cap for terminating CAT- 6 cable and (This includes releasing ofexisting cables, displayboards if any as per the instruction of Rly. representative at site)

A3-Execution of Outdoor work

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track etc. to a depth of 1.0 M and width of 0.3 M for track crossing /pucca road/level crossing gate/platform/station circulating area or any other place as advised by site Engineer including 02 transportation and laying of DWC/RCC/Split RCC/G.I. pipes with or without coupler. This includes repairing of track/pucca road/level crossing gate/ platform/station circulating area surface to original position by ramming and concreting wherever required soon after the work is over. DWC/RCC/GI pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. DWC pipes wherever required shall be supplied in 6 Mtr. length and shall be cut to size as per requirement. All other materials including cement are to be supplied by the contractor.

Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc., in rocky area up to a depth to be indicated by Railway Engineer at site as per the site condition [Minimum 0.6 meter] and 03 width 0.3 Mts. at the bottom. This includes concreting & plastering as per the instructions of site Engineer and complete back filling by digging earth from a lead of 30 Mtr. In case 0.8 meter depth or higher is achieved no concreting is required, otherwise concreting up to 100 mm thickness should be done. All materials required for the above works shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ Gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr. to 1.0 mtr at places to be indicated by site Engineer for entering of cables inside the 04 building. Only G.I pipes supplied by Railway and all materials as clamps, bolts & nuts as instructed by site Engineer supplied by tenderer. This includes repairing of masonary floors/walls after the cables are taken inside. "Trenching and fixing of G.I. pipes of different sizes/DWC pipes in hard rocky area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M or at places as per instruction of site Engineer and concreting [1 : 3 : 6] up to height of 100 mm above the pipes. G.I. pipes with the socket/ DWC pipes shall be supplied by the 05 Railway. All other materials required for the works shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: [1] In case of girder bridges, G.I. pipes shall be suitably clamped by the contractor as advised by the site Engineer. Clamps shall be supplied by the contractor. [2] The work including excavation of trenches in hard rock area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M and back filling, ramming after completion of work where ever required. [3] In case of concrete bridges clearing of ballast for laying of pipes and re arranging the Railway ballast after completion of work shall be done by the contractor.

Laying of Signalling/4 Quad/ 6 Quad/ Power Cable/Telecom cables/ Jelly filled cables of all sizes in excavated trench, through GI/RCC/DWC pipes etc. wherever required. This includes transportation of cables from the stores to work site and transportation of empty cable drums with left 06 over cables from site to the stores at . The length of cable laid includes the length of cable coil for termination purpose. NOTE: The cables are to be carefully handled during loading, un-loading and transportation to work site. Any damage found in the cable after final testing, in view of mishandling of cables, shall be made good by the Tenderer. Cable should be maggered before and after laying and recorded in a register and submitted to the site Engineer.

This includes concreting (1 : 1.5 : 3) at a height of 100 mm after laying of cables as per instruction of site Engineer and back filling of trench by digging. All materials including cement and chips of size 20 mm. etc. to be supplied by the contractor.

Transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of 08 Steel Apparatus case (full size) with fixing of E-Type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per Drg.No. S&T/CON/SK/16. This includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. Railway will supply apparatus case with 'E' type lock only from Railway stores at. Tenderer will supply all wiring materials, PBT Terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus bars, hylum sheet ISI mark [6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4" thick, Cement and transport all the materials to site of work at his own cost. The wiring materials such as wire coils, PBT terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from RDSO approved sources. "1) Modifiaction of inside arrangement of Apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc. shall be done by the contractor. Extra shelf, if any, shall be deposited to the Railway stores by the contractor. 2) All cables shall be terminated by providing copper eyelet of suitable size." Note:-(i) If location box foundation is available at site 20% of the cost is to be deducted.(ii) 40% payment shall be released after erection of location boxes.

"Supply, Transportation and Installation of earth electrode (make TATA or Jindal as per Rly. practice) including MS flat for signalling equipments on lever frame, apparatus cases, signal, relay racks, cable termination rcak, block instrument etc. (supply & installation of earth electrode as per drawing no. Laying of earth lead mild steel flat of size 35mmx6mm and fixing of lead MS flat (make TATA/Jindal or Similar) to earth electrode and lever frame, signal post & apparatus cases as per Drg. No. CORE/S&T/ALD/SK/591/2008, 592/2008 and 593/2008 respectively and instructions on earthing at S&T equipment and providing cement enclosure for earth electrode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/Sig./Tender/SK/13/85 Alt. A) NOTE: This includes testing of earth value and indicating the same on the Earth enclosure by paint.

Transportation of Position Light Shunt Signal complete with post, units, bases and 10 other fittings; excavation of pit, casting of concrete foundation (1 : 3 : 6) as per Drg. No. CON/SK/T/13, complete fittings of signal including termination of cables, wiring, focusing and testing. Railway will supply position light shunt signal with base from store. Tenderer shall supply all other materials required for the work.

Transportation of signal posts for multiple aspect color light signals, complete with signal units, bases, ladders and other fittings, excavation of pit, casting of cement concrete foundation, plastering as per Drg.No Con/SK/T/12, erection and fixing of complete fittings of the 2/3/4 aspect signal/signal posts including termination of cables, wiring, LED fixing, signal testing and 11 focusing. Name plate & marker and all other materials shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Required cement shall be supplied by the contractor. Arrangement of Screening to be provided by the contractor if required as instructed by site Engineer. Contractor shall prepare jointly with Railway Engineer at site and submit Signal Sighting report and Signal test report as per approved format of Railway. NOTE: (i) 50 % Payment shall be released after erection of signal post. Balance 50 % shall be released after termination of cable, wiring, painting, testing & focusing of signal. (ii) If foundation is available at site 30% of the cost is to be deducted.

Supply, transportation, foundation, erection, painting and lettering of SLB/BSLB, warning/sighting board of standard size etc, with 6" (minimum) G.I channel iron support of 12 appropriate length as per G&SR, SEM and IP. This includes excavation of pit as per approved drawing of the railway for casting of foundation (ratio 1 : 3 : 6). All the materials required for above work shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: SLB/BSLB shall be fitted with ladder as per standard practice. Inspection of SLB/BSLB, warning board by the representative of the Railway.

Concreting (Mix 1:2:4) 200 mm x 200 mm on G.I. Pipes on bridges/ culverts or any other location as specified by the Rly. supervisor. All materials including cement required for the above works are to be supplied by the tenderer.

Concreting (1:1.5:3) at a height of 150 mm & width of 0.3 m after laying of cables 14 where it is not possible to dig up to full depth of 1.2m/1.0m/0.8m in normal soil due to existing cables are in the trench, culverts, bridges. All materials including cement and chips of size 20mm. etc. to be supplied by the contractor. Payment for the depth of trench to be paid in proportionate to the rate specified for 1.2 mtr depth (excluding the concreting rate).

Supply, transportation, and installation of RCC joint chamber with two piece top cover 15 and bottom cover with hole for drainage and cable entry as per drawing No.RCIL/ER/DRG-02/06 (Section-H). This includes trenching for joint pit, back filling and ramming of pit after placing the joint closure and cable loop in the chamber without causing damage to the same and consolidation of soilas well as disposal of excess soil.

Supply, transporting and positioning of good quality full bricks length wise inside the trenches for separation between Signalling and power cable at the @ 04 [Four bricks] per meter.

Entry and Termination of cable, wiring, painting, testing & focusing of signal 2/3/4 aspects in existing signal posts. Name plate & marker shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. All materials for wiring and termination of cable to be supplied by the contractor.

Massonary chase cutting 3/2" X 3/2" at work site plastering of PVC pipe in the chase, drawl of 2/5/10/20/50 pair switch board cable through it, covering and plastering the chase with contractor's cement. All materials required for the work are to be supplied by the contractor.

Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface of road/track formation. The bore shall be 150 mm dia. and shall be at the proper depth as per site conditions decided by Enginer-in-charge. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bankheight of the bank of the 19 road. The length of the bore shall be minimum 04 Mtrs long. This include insertion of different dia. DWC/GI/HDPE pipes coupling etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: The cost of pipe is not included in this item. Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labourers for proper laying of cables in to the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling and pressure on cable.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Networkable Single loop addressable Fire alarm Control panel expandable upto 2 loops & interface with GSM/LTE module working as per RDSO/SPN/217/2021 ver-3 or latest. The control panel shall be networkable to Zonal /Divisional Headquarters preferably over TCP/lP and shall have clock synchronization facility. This schedule includes supply of TCP/IP converter/ Networking card. The control panel shall have provision of Graphical software to enable remote monitoring of entire fire detection and alarm system of a station from Head Quarters. The control panel shall be designed to work on power supply of 110V/230V AC as well as on DC battery backup of adequate capacity to work upto 24 hrs. Backup. The Power supplies 01 like batteries and chargers shall be supplied by the contractor. The Control Panel shall have means for the user to visualize and interact with the complete Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm System layout through a user-friendly software executable on a standard Windows based Personal Computer. It shall be possible to download data and extend alarms from Control Panel through suitable ports like RS485/RS232/USB/TCP/IP into a PC/Laptop available with SSE at the installation and remote location (Divisional Control room) operating on Windows platform. The software for downloading and analysing fault data shall be provided & shall be compatible with the latest windows operating system. Detection, actuation, and control system shall have provision for automatic as well as manual operation. The GSM/LTE module for interfacing with Control panel duly providing compatible SIM with SMS facility on minimum of 5 numbers (users) and all other accessories. Spares cost are also included & to be supplied as per RDSO para no. 4.15.

Supply, Installation ,testing and commissioning of single channel laser or High power LED based Aspiration detection unit ( for AC room) with area covering 5000 sq. ft. with programmable 4 stage alarm generation and with 4 addressable modules. Supply of Work station for data input, configuration, simulation, functional testing, 32 diagnostic and trouble shooting for commissioning of EI system. Work station shall be capable of reconfiguring the system in case of any alterations in the yard or in the interlocking in the future. Backup software should be given in CDs.
