Excavation in post holes in soft / losse soil (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters, nosing of steps, including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for foof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron of size 40 mm x 6 mm fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of bolt 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised 4mm dia chain link fencing,150x100mm or 100 x 100 mm mesh mm mesh etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described for over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Concertina Coil in fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia as specified ,fixed with existing angle iron Y shaped angle iron placed on chain link fencing etc. with barbed wire ,stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI bared wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/spring core(2.5 mm thick)wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg /sq mm with tape(0.52 mm thick)and weight 43.478gm/m. etc complete all as specified and as directed Note : Barbed wire will be measured & paid separately under respective item here in before)
