Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro Mechanical boom barrier system with boom made of SS/ Aluminium with high quality reflective strips having 4.0 meter length suitable to work on 230V(1-Phase) /415V(3-Phase) +/- 5%, 50Hz AC supply with 100% duty cycle consisting of driver cum control unit in dust and water resistant housing of IP 65 protection with provision of manual operation in case of power failure, fixed support bar, control circuits, limit switch adjustment, push button, signalling light safe beam photo electric sensor, loop detectors, flashing lights, Control Panel,remote control, cables including all accessories, laying of remote/ control (if required) cables in suitable HDPE/ DWC/ GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), connections,interconnections, civil foundation work including excavation of existing PQC/ Bitumen road (at required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation etc complete as per manufacturer recommendation or as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Length with Mild/Stainless Galavanised Steel spikes of minimum dimension 450X10 mm (length x thickness) at an angle of 60°and gap between the spikes measured from the centre of the spikes shall be between 100 mm to 200 mm suitable to work on Three/ Single phase 415/230 Volts +/-5%, 50 Hz AC supply consisting of Tyre killer operating on hydraulic power system with operation time between 2 to 3 second made up of heavy duty tampered steel spikes for destroying tyres suspension and axle of a vehicle able to bear axle load of minimum 25 tons of a moving vehicle and shall be capable of performing at least 200 full cycles per hour and also having manual operation through hand pump in case of power failure,stop/go traffic light, PLC based, single control panel for controlling section, including control switching operation in remote location (within 30 Mtr), logic circuit, dust and water resistant housing of IP66 protection with all safety and sensors, loop detectors, push buttons, earthing, civil foundation including excavation of existing PQC/Bitumen road (at required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation of tyre killers including provision of sump pump of suitable rating to drain accumulated water complete as required and supplying and laying of suitable size HDPE/ DWC/ GI pipes and control cables (upto 30 Mtr), hydraulic system etc as required for complete functioning of tyre killers as per manufacturer recommendation and as specified in technical specifications.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, dust proof, front operated, cubicle type, floor mounted, double door, outdoor LT feeder panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, powder coated paint, fully compartmentalized complete with double hinged front door with lockable arrangement etc. including necessary iron channel stand of size 50X50X5, depth of leg 3 feet (minimum), CC all around of the panel upto 1 Meter, control wiring, with mechanical interlocking, etc. and having following accessories. INCOMER 2 Nos. 200A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=50 KA) with rotary operating mechanism including terminal extension. Each Incomer shall have one set of the following items: Digital Multifunction Meter, suitable for measure Volatge, Current, Energy, frequency, power factor etc.with CT ratio programmable and auto ranging along with suitable range CTs. 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B and MCCB 'ON', and 'OFF' lamps with protection MCBs. Supply of 110 mm high density polyethylene HDPE pipe (PE- 80, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 with up to date amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe (PE- 80, PN-6) of size 110 mm (OD) in suitable depth by trencheless horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines with necessary arrangements complete as required as per the site requirements. (Excluding the cost of 110 mm HDPE Pipe)

Providing and fixing 4 pole, 250 Amp, 36 KA capacity MCCB in existing cubicle LT panel including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. complete as required.

Demolishing cement concrete / bituminous road / brick wall by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Hard surface/ Cement Concrete surface / Bituminous surface as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply & Fixing of 4- Pole aluminium bus bars of 600 Amps. Capacity (minimum) in the existing Panel with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c. DMC / SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports and their spacing etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type cable termination box of size 600 mm x 500 mm x 350 mm deep, made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, aluminium bus-bar of 250 Amps rating alongwith 40X40X5 mm M.S angle stand, depth of leg 3 feet (minimum), CC all around of the panel upto 0.5 Meter etc. and having following arrangements:- INCOMER 1 Nos. 200A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=50 KA) and 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B. OUTGOING 1 Nos. 200A 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu=50 KA) and 1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B.
