PROVN OF COVERED SHED FOR FURNITURE NEAR BSO YARD AT LGJ MIL STN UNDER GE LALGARH JATTAN

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced Ready Mixed Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-25 as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

M & L Reinforced Ready Mixed Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-25 as in Beams, cantilevers,lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc. or in similar articles upto 5th floor level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note :- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

M & L for Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, basis of columns sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better rough finished flat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for Form work to sides of pillars , posts, struts piers, columns and stanchions and similar works rough finished complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc and similar works rough finished complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of chajjas, troughs and similar items (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
