Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of ceiling, chajja, parapet etc in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1. This work is required to be executed where the spalling of concrete has been occurred. 2. Approval of GE is required to be obtained before execution of this work)

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of chalk whiting of walls including washing floors, etc.of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for use and waste formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges and similar work, not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) to rough finished surfaces of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in benching/ padding of roof slab to maintain slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab CM 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/sqm, APP modified polymeric membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement with mineral finish on top to be laid by torch application method on the dried surface applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 grams/Sqm with torch application, laid with over laps of 100mm joints of traverse direction and 75mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm are to be applied on surface. Minimum slope and cured well before laying membrane shall be maintained using CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in chajja/facia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
