Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks class designation 75Kgf per Sqcm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement sand mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto- all as per Item No 4 above but as in skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished machine cut Kota stone in stair case tread flooring 20-25mm thick laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour or shade of the kota stone including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed. Note : only one stone piece on one tread rounding edge nosing one side)

M&L for pre-polished machine cut Kota stone slab in stair case riser 18-22 mm thick on vertical surfaces over 10mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 such as risers or skirting etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour or shade of the kota stone slab including rubbing, polishing and taking down existing skirting and emoving from site complete all as specified & directed. Note : only one stone piece on one riser)

Material & Labour for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab all around marble strips of 50-100mm wide flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand screed in 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the colour or shade of kota stone slab including rubbing, polishing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Size of kota stone slab not less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced. Marble strip shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here in before.

Material & Labour 16-18 mm thick white Marble stone machine cut, bedded jointed with grey cement and pointed with white cement including cutting and polishing in flooring around kota stone having 50 to 100 mm wide strips complet all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement sand mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete work mixing with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instructions including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete as specified & directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface walls including finishing the fair even and fair without using extra cement complete as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for scraping out loose mortar / concrete by chiseling / wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' as per manufacture instructions) with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed & directed.

Material & Labour for preperation of newly plastered surface of ceiling & applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion paint (Acrylic) over one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type and any thickness including mud in roofs, plastering, leeping plaster of any thickness cutting & up-rooting trees roots / Vegetation growth & removing the debris from the site premises distance upto 500m from the outside MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 in roof surface including WPC (liquid) as per manufacturer instructions complete all a specified & directed. Note: - liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately

Material & Labour for providing and laying in situ water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof with following procedure complete all as specified & directed:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly with steel wire brushes. (b) Applying First coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm on prepared surface. (c) 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 (d) 3rd course of Laying water proofing roof membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane using Butane torch by torch application with 100 mm side laps and 150 mm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane thickness minimum-3 mm (ii) Membrane weight minimum- 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 150 gsm/Sqm. (e) 5th course, the top most layer shall be finished with Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles laid with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 5% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 20 mm layer of cement mortar 1:4 and finished neat complete all as specified and directed Note : Tiles with screed and liquid WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply & fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 mixed with WPC (liquid) as per manufacturer instructions grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC(liquid) shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Material & Labour for cutting V-grooves in brick parapet walls, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove for inserting APP membrane and sealed with bitumen complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar andremoving from site complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab as in kitchen platform or table top dully polished and rounding the outer edge with one hole for gas pipe and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in Cement sand mortar in 1:4 and pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admisture of colouring pigment to match with colour or shade of granite stone complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 150mm thick below or above ground level un-reinforced and removing rubish from site complete all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection and path finished surface even & smooth with-out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement sheet corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof coverings including AC ridges complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based corrugated steel sheeting 0.5 mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof or wall cladding straight flashing or in roof covering fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based plain steel sheeting 0.5 mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing or in covering on wall as wall cladding fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or coping or lintel band upto 1.5m clear span cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 600 mm in height including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles edges and throating complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing factory made UPVC (Rigid) cupboard and kitchen cabinet door frame of the size 75mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (+ 0.5mm) made out of extruded UPVC (Rigid) sheet of density 600Kg/ cbm manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company, reinforced with 15mm x 15mm MS squre tube of 19 gauge through out the frame, mitre cut at two corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm squre tubes. The door frames shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS steel screws through the frame by using UPVC (Rigid) fasteners minimum 4 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 Nos for horizontal member complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 28-30mm thick (style ) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded colour plain PVC or channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuch in side with solvent cement for style and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 28-30mm thick factory made moulded solid panel prelam PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 40mm x 20mm for stiles, top lock and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered by heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 30 x 100mm forming styles and 5mm thick prelam 125mm wide PVC sheet for top, lock rail and bottom rail on either side of panel. Paneling of 10mm prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet beading on either side. The front side of the edge vigible in the front of the shelf / partition to be edge lipped by 18mm x 1mm PVC sheet of density 600 kg / cbm manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified co, using solvent cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 35 mm thick flush door shutter factory made solid core construction with block boards core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides (ISI marked) fixed to chowkhats complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserveceable sub main wiring any type and size aluminium/ copper including batten/ conduit and making good disturbed surface to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for submain wiring with two single core 1100 volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated FRLSH flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 6 Sqmm as earth lead in & including concealed PVC conduit medium grade of dia not less than 25mm including cutting chases to walls for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with adjoining surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing concealed type GI Sheet metal enclousure for Modular switches / sockets complete with 25 Amp modular type starter (2 Module) with one single pole Modular type MCB of capacity 20 Amps (1 Module) & one 20 Amp 'C' Series 3 pin modular sockets (2 module) including making necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cable or GI water tubing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 25 Sqmm 3½ core or 4 core from trenches, poles or walls and floor etc alongwith bricks (kept aside for future) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for good quality cleaned dry sand for sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fine sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply, laying & jointing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old serviceable bricks obtained from here-in-above items from excavation for protection of cables, laid perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for old size brick well burnt, laid flat for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches of excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Materail & labour for GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection fixed on poles / wall or laid in floors or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of walls or floors complete all as specified and directed.
