REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF VCB POWER TRANSFORMER, SWITCHGEAR, ISOLATOR AND CIRCUIT BREAKER UNDER GE GURDASPUR

Taking down the fault transformer from existing site from pole and Sub Stn with the help of man power & chain pully block or by crane etc including disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections for rectification of minor fault in site, i.e connection of tapchanger, connection of LT and HT winding with bush, changing of bush etc of capacity 25 KVA to 750 KVA Transformer (including 750 KVA). Note : (i) Minor fault of the transformer should be rectified at site within 2 days time frame on receipt of telephonically call/msg/whatsapp Msg or letter. Failing which 1500/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of the stand by transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 500 KVA from one sub stn to another with the help of crane, or manpower and disconnecting the fault transformer and connecting the stand by transformer for smooth provide the electric supply all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The transformer shall be shifted to faulty area under GE Gurdaspur by 6 Hrs of time frame after intimated by Tele phonically/Whatsapp Msg or letter. Falling which Rs 1000/- per hrs will be levied to the contractor as penalty. (ii) All the T&P and connecting material will be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down the unserviceable transformer from existing site from pole and Sub Stn with the help of man power & chain pully block or by crane etc including disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections from the site and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of old burnt unserviceable items as well as winding etc including transporting of capacity 25 KVA to 100 KVA Transformer (including 100 KVA) Note : (i) Unserviceable transformer should be taken down from site and carried to workshop within 2 days time frame on receipt of telephonically call/msg /Whatsapp Msg or letter. Failing which 1500/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty. (ii) The cost for Transportation provide by contractor for carrying the Unserviceable transformer from site to workshop & vice versa is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to Contractor.

Opening Dismantling the transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 100 KVA (including 100 KVA capacity of transformers ) by lifting the top cover taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in clean barral including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side thoroughly with emery paper and cloth then checking the winding and other worn-out parts such as HT/LT coils silicon stamping and other connected items as Tap-changer, breather assembly, replacement of HT and LT coil winding with DPC enamelled copper/Aluminimu wire/ strip of adequate size gauge and number of turn complete and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldring and re insulated of cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature Reassenbling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering.Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load at workshop and on load at site including painting to the transformer with super enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) HT/LT coils winding wire/strip, transformer oil , and other connecting items shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) Unserviceable transformer should be rewinding in workshop within 09 days time frame on reaching at the transformer in workshop failing which Rs 2000/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty. (iii) HT/LT side bush, insulator and other connected items shall be measured & paid seperately. (iv) The cost for Transportation provide by contractor for carrying the transformer from site to workshop & vice versa is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to Contractor.

Supply and fixing in repair of protection cover for LT and HT side of the outdoor type transformer of any capacity, the protection cover should be made out of 3 mm dia CRCA sheet in rectangular, triangular or square shape and fixing the same cover by means of nuts, bolts, etc including applying one coat of red oxide and two coat of super enamel paint over the exposed surface of the box complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site by using dehydrating and filteration machine to be carried out till time, dielectric strength reached to min 40 KV complete all as specified and directed. Note : The transformer dehydration machine shall be arrange/brought by contractor at site for which no extra amount be paid to the contractor complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for toping up of the transformer with new with Xmer Oil having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV. Make - Power link /Savita/Transol complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 66/11KV HT side bushes of 8 MVA transformer complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening Dismantling the transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 750 KVA for repairing of transformer oil leakage from the top cover and HT/LT bushes, by lifting the top cover and draining out the transformer oil in barrel including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side throughly with emery paper and cloth than checked the winding and other parts for smooth functioning and replacement of top cover and LT and HT bush gasket and reassenbling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering..Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load and full load at site incl painting to the transformer with super enammed paint complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- The job includes the cost of gasket set, LT / HT bushes, nuts, bolts, washers etc required for the complete job. Only transformer oil will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Opening Dismantling the power transformer of capacity 5MVA and 8 MVA for repairing of transformer oil leakage from the top cover and HT/LT bushes, by draining out the transformer oil in barrel including cleaning the transformer body outside throughly with cloth then checking the leakage of LT and HT bush gasket and reassmbling the transformer LT/HT connection with help of soldering. Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load and full load at site all as specified. Note :- The job includes the cost of gasket set, LT / HT bushes, nuts, bolts, washers etc required for the complete job.

Comprehensive maintenance of 66/11KV sub station equipment including replacement of unserviceable parts of following equipments all as specified and directed and testing by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) authorised personal:- (a) Transformer 66/11 KV 8 MVA - 01 No (b) Transformer 66/11KV 5 MVA - 01 No (c) 66 KV SF-6 based Breakers 02 Nos (d) VCBs/C&R Panel /Battery Charge - 12 Nos and any other relevant HT equipment.

Notes:- (a) Checking of 11 KV functioning of all the tripping system / relay displayed on the control relay panel - such as differential O/C, earth fault, metering circuits and all othe protection from transformer - oil temp, trip, OLTC trip, winding temp gauge trip, bucholz relay, inter trip etc calibration of all the relays complete for time observed with respect to time set primary injection of all the CTs (Periodicity of testing half yearly). Deposite the charges levied / charged by the PSPCL authority for calibration / checking the protection system of 66 KV system all as directed. (b) Greasing / oiling of all the moving parts (c) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch (d) Any part / spares found defective during testing shall be repaired / replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items of Sch 'A' (e) Test sheet shall be prepared as specified and made part of RARs & final Bill. (f) The equipments shall be tested twice, 1st test will be carried out within two months or as directed by Enngr -in-Charge from the date of commencement of contract and second test after six months from the 1st test. Payment shall be released on receipt of results/reports from PSPCL

M & L for comprehensive maintenance of VCBs installed at 66 KV MRS and different Sub stn i.e disconnecting of HT connections & DC connection from existing busbar and other parts carefully incl taking down the VCB trolly complete & disconnect the male/female contacts & clean the busbar with carbon tetra chloride liquid throughly busbar spout, trolly spout applying a one coat of 11 KV insulation quoting as per sample on busbar, spouts & other connected parts including, rewiring , greasing the movable parts with electrical greasing and repair or replacement the worn out parts by spare parts and reassembling the same re-connecting the HT & DC connection complete in functional order incl testing on existing load all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) The maintenance of VCBs should be done through OEM/uthorised service agencies of HT Switchgear and provide certificate before execution. The approval of agency shall be given by Engr-in-charge. (ii) VCBs maintenance must start within 1 day of time frame after intimated by telephonically/Whatsapp Msg or letter failing which Rs 2000/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty. (iii) Cost of spare parts i.e relay, Auxiliary, triping coil, close coil, indictor LED lamp, etc shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for comprehensive maintenance of 66 KV Isolators switchset of three at 66 KV MRS, taking shutdlown from 66 KV S/S Tibber disconnect from existing isolator carefully clean the male and female contact with CRC throughly, tightening the nut, bolts of female and male contact, check the insulator, and apply grease usage for electric equipment all the movale contact of isolator and repair or replacement the worn out parts by spare parts and reassembling the same and re-connecting the HT connection complete in functional order all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) The maintenance should be done by within one day of time frame after intimated by Tephonically/Whatsapp Msg or letter failing which Rs 2000/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty. (ii) Cost of spare parts i.e Female contact, P G Clamp etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, current transformer ratio 400 /200/5-5A VA 2.5 , 50 Hz class SP, Short Circuit Current Capacity 21.0 KA for 3 sec complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per above item ser No 47 but ratio 900/450/1-1-1-1A as per sample at site complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, current transformer ratio 100 /50/5-5A VA 2.5 , 50 Hz class SP, Short Circuit Current Capacity 21.0 KA for 3 sec complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the existing transformer/DG Set dismantling the existing foundation of the transformer/DG Set and temporary arrangement fo the connecting the existing transformenr to feed the user and making foundation of outdoor type transformers PCC brick platform of size 3.0mx3.0mx1.5 mtr in cement mortar 1:6 over thick foundation bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) over platform and 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to exposed surface of PCC and applying three coats of white wash including making electrical connections, earthings connection etc an testing the transformer for electrical connections, earthings connection etc and testing the transformer for smooth functioning complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note :The whole earthing will be redone on quoted rate if the result found not satisfactorily and the decisiom of Engineer-in-charge will be final and binding.
