Removing shrubs, bushes etc., including area cleaning around wall and reservoir etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for dewatering the sump and reservoir completely to make dry and cleaning of reservoir tank removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Chipping and removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer/ breakar without damaging the structure. Cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.
Providing and applying alkaline rust converting primer in two coats conforming to ASTM-B-117 and ASTM-G-60-86 to exposed existing rebars after removing and cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6 to 8 hrs. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5% Nacl complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. This coating shall be applied over coated rebars complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Providing and applying concrete penetrating. Migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor EPCO KP - 100 conforming to ASTMG-109 by brush /spray with dosage of 4 sqm /ltr. Over the entire chipped off /exposed concrete area including material, equipment, labour etc., complete in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of EPCO KP-100 shall reduce the corrosion in terms of coloums by 30% minimum upon migration through the embedded side of concrete as measured by mA-hrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Providing and applying a coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat EPIBOND 21 or equivalent having excellent water and alkali resistance by bruch conforming to ASTM-C-882 87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired /strengthened. This is applied prior to the applications of polymer repair mortar /epoxy mortar /micro concrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surfaces and new concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Providing and applying polymer based bonding agent Monobond over the old concrete by brush the mix proportion shall be Monobond: cement (1:1) by weight etc., This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar /epoxy mortar /micro concrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surfaces and new concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Providing and laying 20mm thick on ceiling polymer modified morter over identified RCC members in one layer in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of monobond polymer, cement and filler material, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating and curing after initial setting time etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour in replacement of corroded steel reinforcement with new /fresh reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Replacement of corroded steel reinforcement to be undertaken when 20% of cross section is reduce due to corrosion). Note: Thickness as per site requirement as directed by EIC.
Material and labour for wire brushing cleaning the surface from loose dirt. Mortar dropping etc., apply one coat of primer pure acrylic seater allow to dry for 4-5 hrs. Thereafter to apply two coats of chemistik ACP 100 (Anti carbonation paint) all to cure for 72 hrs. Anti carbonation coating to have following properties. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Vapour permeabiling - < 0.13 ASTM D 1653 Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) Diffusion air layer thickness: Min 11.00/m Din 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541 Tensile strength: Min 1.5 Mpa ASTM D 2370 allow to cure for 72 hrs.
Material and labour for floor slab to fill all visible cracks joints etc., with chemistik conjoint-50 (Polymeric joint sealeant) by first primer with chemistik primer 10. Thereafter to provide and apply one bond coat of chemistik EP TAC 404 (Epoxy Tack Coat) prior to laying M-15 concrete in 75mm thickness laid to level to finish. Allow tomoist cure for 7 days complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for 20mm thick ready mixer cement base plaster (1:4) on internal /external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with chicken mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for applying on new concrete or plastered surfaces to one coat of chemistik CW 100 G (tank waterproof coating) allow to cure for 72 hrs. Thereafter to applying three coats of chemistick epoxy slurry mortar heavy duty tank coating at interva of 4-6 hrs between each coat. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for external top and side wall surfaces to wire brushing cleaning the walls from loose dirt, dust, gravel, etc., fill all cracks joints with chemistik primer 10. Fill the same with chemistik conjoint-50 (Polymeric joint sealant) allow to cure for 72 hrs thereafter to provide and apply one coat of chemistik CW-100G (Tank water proof coating) allow to cure to 24 hrs. Thereafter to apply two coats of chemistik ACP 100 (Anti carbonation paint) all to cure for 72 hrs. Anti carbonation coating to have following properties. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Vapour permeabiling - < 0.13 ASTM D 1653 Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) Diffusion air layer thickness: Min 11.00/m Din 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM d-4541 Tensile strength: Min 1.5 Mpa
Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor or pavings not exc 15cms thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including joints with filler bitumen and sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Supply and fix mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates /cover and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc., as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces and applying one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
