Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets etc for taking credit to be measured separetly including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed.

Attending electrical complaints through telephone or in person, from complaint cell 9.00 am to 05.00 pm on detailment at MES Service Centre for OTM accn / MD accn at Jutogh , Sanjauli, Kelvin Grove and Kufri under GE Jutogh excluding Sunday and holiday, locating and rectification of fault from electric meter\DBs onwards in respect of sub main \Point wiring including fixture, switch, socket for power and light, bell and any type building security lights complete and carrying out repairs,disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires ,battens, conduits, boxes main switches, MCBs, DBs , No lights and other E\M fixures incliuding providing 1.5 sqmm flexible wire/PVC copper wire 1.5 sqmm upto 1.00 mtr and insulation tape required for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantalled serviceabale accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Items required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately respective items as supply only. Note 2 : Penalty for delay more than 24 hour's to attend complaints will be charged @ double rate of quoted rates.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of earth wire 4 mm dia with bolts, nuts & check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 15 mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 20 mm dia and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
