REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS PROVISION OF INTEGRATED SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS MATCHING WITH THE EXISTING SYSTEM AT DSSC WELLINGTON

General Notes applicable for all Items : (i) The entire system shall be installed and commissioned by the contractor to assure reliability and continued service. The contractor shall be required to train and instruct client's personnel in the correct use, operation and supervision of the system. (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for Inspection and Quality Assurance (QA) for all the materials and workmanship furnished. (iii) The components and parts used in the installation of new surveillance cameras should confirm to the latest BIS/ International Specifications. (iv) The contractor has to provide service support during business hours, if and when required, besides such other support like a 24x7 telephonic assistance etc., as may be required so that the system operates on a continuous basis. (v) The contractor shall be the single point contact for all support related issues with respect to hardware/ software installed by them. If any third party help is required in resolving any issue, it shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor to arrange for such help at no extra cost. (vi) All commissioning tools/ plants/ instruments/ spares etc., required for installation, testing and commissioning of the system shall be provided by the contractor. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of all spares required for maintaining the newly installed units during the defect liability period of 2 years. (vii) Any upgrades to software and revisions during the period of contract should be provided by the successful tenderer at no extra cost. (viii) The contractor shall furnish a guarantee in favour of GE for the efficiency of new surveillance cameras under this contract for a period of 02(Two) years from the actual date of completion of entire work. (ix) Payment of the subject work will be done on successful completion of entire work subjected to entire satisfaction of the Users. No Part/ Inrerim payment will be done during execution of the work.

Note applicable for Item Nos 2.00 & 3.00 : (i) Design/ Drawing/ BOM technical specifications of the Cameras showing the dimensions including connected details etc., is to be obtained from OEM/ Authorized Channel Partner/ Supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order. Techno-Commercial Comparative Analysis is also required to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge & GE wherever equivalency w.r.t. a given Make/ Model/ Cat-Part Ref is concerned. (ii) The cost of periodical/ routine servicing/ maintenance including minor repairs/ replacement of spare parts (if required) including periodical checking of the newly installed Cameras under this work for the complete defect liability period (2 years from the certified date of completion of work) from the authorized service dealer/ representative as and when required/ due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the Cameras is to be got done from the OEM or their Authorized Representative/ Sister Concern/ Channel Partners only and reports submitted to GE in duplicate. Cost of the same (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Contractor shall check for compatability of cameras with existing system at site. (iv) Any item/ work etc., missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working and matching with the existing Surveillance System/ Assembly including upgradation of the software (if any) is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (v) Necessary electric connections/ fixing arrangements/ modifications/ additions/ alterations or any other related work/ job etc., required to match with the existing system/ set-up shall be as per the recommendations of OEM and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Control cables as per manufacturer's recommendations shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates inclusive of the connectors/ termination/ lugs etc., (vii) Contractor/ Firm is required to visit the site of work for any doubts/ clarifications w.r.t. specifications/ qty etc., before quoting of the tender. Any query/ clarifications etc., after conclusion of the contract shall NOT be entertained and decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding. (viii) Cost of micro Sd Card of storage capacity 128 GB (Class 10) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ix) Cost of weather proof junction boxes with necessary cable glands & electrical /communication cable connections with suitable lugs is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply, install on existing steel tubular pole etc., connect, testing and commissioning of IP Camera Outdoor type, Ariel Quad HD 1440p Bullet Camera, Vandal Resistant, IR LED, SWDR, 9-22mm motorised, 3-Stream, Audio/ Alarm In/Out, SOE, POE varifocal lens including weather proof junction box and power adaptor/ power supply unit, true Day/ Night with CMOS progressive scan etc., including matching/ connecting with the existing software/ system complete with all the necessary electrical, communication and fixing connections/ arrangements, connectors, termination, lugs etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Teledyne Flir, Model : CB-3304-21-I + CB-WLBX-31 or techno-commercially equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, install on pole etc., connect, testing and commissioning of IP Camera Outdoor Pendant Type, Quasar Full HD 1080p, PTZ Day and Night, Vandal Resistant, IR LED, 3-Stream, Audio/ Alarm In/Out, SOE, POE ++, 24VAC/ 12VDC, SWDR, 30X Optical Zoom, Pendant housing with power supply unit/ power adaptor including matching/ connecting with the existing software/ system complete with all the necessary electrical, communication and fixing connections/ arrangements, connectors, termination, lugs etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Teledyne Flir, Model : CP-6302-31-I + CX-ARMX-G3 or techno-commercially equivalent as approved by GE.
