M-oil change to be carried out to engine of 25 KVA Water cooled D.G set by way of draining out old oil, removing of all filters, cleaning of filter bowls/brackets and sump and then providing and filling of engine oil – 6 ltrs. (Castrol CRB/ shell/ Valvoline make) and providing and fitting of 2 nos. diesel filters, 1 no. bypass filter, M- oil filter – 1 no., air filter 1 no. with inner cartridge filter. The job further includes providing and filling of coolant of proper specifications – 15 Ltrs.
Disassembling of 25 KVA D.G set Alternator by way of disassembling the alternator into parts /subassemblies, cleaning all the parts with kerosene oil and dhoti cloth, removing the damaged parts. The job also includes refitting back all the parts and sub-assemblies, the job further includes cost on account of the tools and tackles, skilled/semi- skilled labour required for execution of the job.
Complete repairing of 25 kva D.G Set alternator Repairing by way of providing and fitting of following parts i. Carbon brush Assembly ii. Rectifiers Diode set Besides the above work the job includes checking and cleaning of stator windings, removing of mud, cleaning properly using suitable method followed by drying, the job further includes checking and cleaning of rotor windings using skilled labour and proper method.
Providing and fitting of AVR to 25 kva D.G Set of appropriate specifications.
Providing and fitting of 25 KVA D.G set controller of proper specifications, the job includes providing and fitting of following items i. MCB – B6 single pole -4 Nos. The job includes minor wiring required for fitting of above items.
Repairs to the dynamo assembly of the 25 KVA D.G Set by way of removing the dynamo and dismantling and cleaning it properly with petrol and dhoti cloth, removing the damaged parts. Providing / fitting of bearings 1No. and carbon brush. The job includes complete servicing of dynamo, re-fitting charges with proper setting.
Complete servicing, washing, greasing of 25 KVA D.G Set to be carried out by way of removing of all the dirt & dust and other greasy dots and particles from D.G set canopy.
