Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material,labour charges,scaffolding sundries etc complete HSR 11.58

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic distemper ( ready mix) having one content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats HSr 30.25.1

Finishing walls with acylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work ( one or more coats applied @1.67 Kg/10 Sqm ) on existing cement paint surface HSR 30.37.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work HSR 30.28.1

Removing dry or on bound distemper water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping snad papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs toscratches etc complete HSR 30.22
