Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil , getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface. Note :- PCC for filling shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

Material and labour sand cushioning in with clean dry unsheathed gently punning around cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour provide, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour provide, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, sub base and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour provide plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, hold fasts, cills etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay sub class ‘B’ bricks (old Size) ,common burnt clay building bricks for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, abutting each other gap should not be more than 10mm.

Taking down wooden Windows/Doors chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good for fixing new frame. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc including teak wood beading on all edges complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of beading for hinge sides shall be 25 mm and on other three edges 6mm thick. (ii) Builder hardware shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour (wood grain finish) PVC sheet reinforced with M S square tube as per specification and drawing on page No. 160 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded prelaminated PVC Sheet on the front face and 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, as per specification and drawing in SSR Part - I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section size 200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only extruded Aluminium, alloy handles of fabricated type of size 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 300 mm length of bolt aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 100mm size mild steel butt hinges with mild steel medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 100mm size extruded alu minium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn spring, (overall length of cover plate) 140mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shoulded, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed to frame with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm and for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete, as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel window with side hung shutter with box type hinges, steel peg stay, lugs, steel handles, with glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs, complete including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Chain link fencing 3.00 mm dia GI wire, 50 x 50mm mesh to angle iron post including provn of binding wire etc complete. Note :- (i) Angle iron post, fillet, line wires and bolts for fixing chain link shall be measured and paid for separately under repective item of this schedule. (ii) Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertain at site based on actual weight through Board of Officers to be conveened by GE.

Supply and fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 0.63 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in n hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed,holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indi cated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the cover of existing rolling shutters of gear / manual operated type (area of shutters not exceeding 11 squaremetre) carefully and complete overoiling the shutter by applying grease, lubricants etc in bearings springs guide channel operating rod etc smooth and free operation and refixing the cover back in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cleaning the roof surface (padding) from dust/dirt and provide water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric water proofing membrance 3 mm thick conisting of reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight shall not be less than 150 gms/sqm or as per IS ) 90 to 100 micron thick center core of HMHDPE Film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with funny bags to remove all loose dirt including screed bed, tack coat, cement concrete tiles etc with the following operations :- (a) 10mm thick plaster/screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions when concrete is still green (PCC padding) complete all as specified & directed (Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately). (b) After the plaster is fully dried cleaning floor surface by wire brush brooming & removing dust & shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm uniformily complete all as specified & directed. (c) After primer the entire roof surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to 702-1988 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm over primer. (d) Over hot bitumen laying polymeric water proofing membrance 3 mm thick conisting of reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight shall not be less than 150 gms/sqm or as per IS ) 90 to 100 micron thick center core of HMHDPE Film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area laid with 100mm side lap/150 mm end lap on prepared surfaces and under strict supervision of manufacturer’s technical representative & sealed complete all as specified & directed. (e) Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cmx20mm thick machine pressed, set jointed with grey cement and no pigment pointed in neat cement slurry over roof slab cut and polished including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions or @ 100 ml per bag of cement. (Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid in respective item of this schedule at supply only). (f) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicators only. (g) The work shall be carried out strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Material and labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base / plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course on existing concrete surface over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course on existing concrete surface over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 450mmX350mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat. (ii) Tles shall be Ist quality / premium grade.

Material and labour 300mmx300mm x 7-8 mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed. (ii) Tles shall be Ist quality / premium grade.

Material and labour 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab size (550x550mm) in flooring mirror polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) bedding layer including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and cement slurry shall be applied over existing concrete surface for bonding with new one as specified in MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer, cement slurry, and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor.

Material and labour 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps skirting, dado's and pillers etc mirror polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 10mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:4) bedding layer including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and cement slurry shall be applied over existing concrete surface for bonding with new one as specified in MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to included cost of bedding layer, cement slurry, and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor.

Machine pressed, factory made, precast concrete interlocking paver block with heavy duty designer pattern coloured paver block using grey cement and pigments any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade laid over sand cushioning including filling of joints with sand complete. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of 30 mm thick sand cushioned below paver and during compaction. (ii) Design and colour of paver block shall be as approved by GE. (iii) Paver shall be rubber moulded.

Material and labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including jointing with neat neat cement slurry mixing pigment to match the color complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be inlcude cost of cement bedding.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc including preparation of surface to received new floor finish/wall tiles and removing rubbish outside MOD land.

Drilling reaming vertical bore 625 mm dia at approved site/location in any type of strata for 300 mm ERW casing pipe for 70 metre depth from ground level including all works pertaining to boring complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling reaming vertical bore 525 mm dia at approved site/location in any type of strata for 200 mm ERW casing pipe total depth exceeding 70 metre from ground level and not exceeding 155 metre depth from ground level including all works pertaining to boring complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and assembling including jointing lowering ang fixing in position plain mild steel sheet ERW casing pipe 300 mm bore, Heavy duty wall thickness of pipe 8 mm confirming to IS 3589 class 8.1.1 plain end pipe, jointed and welded with coupler rings welding shall be done through out circumference of the pipe and coupler ring both side complete all as specified and directed. . Note :- Length of one piece of pipe shall not be less than 2.4 mtr except where pipe length required is less than 2.4 mtrs.

Supply and assembling, jointing plain mild steel sheet ERW casing pipe 200 mm bore wall thickness of pipe 8 mm confirming to IS 4270-1992 complete and lowering and fixing in position depth exceeding 70 metres of reducing socket for the bore of 300 mm x200 mm bore centering guide made out of 50x6mm MS flat iron on liner assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of reducing socket. (ii) Length of one piece of pipe shall not be less than 2.4 mtr expect where pipe length required is less than 2.4 mtrs. (iii) Jointing and welding with coupler rings welding shall be done through out circumference of the pipe and coupler ring both side.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position MS strainer / slotted pipe of size 200 mm dia slot size size 1.55mm x75 mm as per IS provn uniformly distributed on the surface wall thickness of pipe 8 mm and max length of pipe 6mtr long mild steel, plain beveled ends in built welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel reducing socket 300 mmx200 mm dia of suitable length including welding, mild steel strip 40x6mm 2 Nos on each joint extended on each side complete all as specified and directed. (The wall thickness of socket not less than 7 mm thick).

Supply and fix wrought iron well plug 200 mm bore wall thickness 10 mm made up with mild steel sheet including two coats of syenthetic enamel painting over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix well cap for 316mm dia housing pipe and 8 mm thick MS sheet threaded and similar to housing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix two Nos MS flat iron 150mm x 15mm housing clamp for holding to 300 mm dia housing pipe with 16 mm MS bolt & washers including casting of PCC blocks 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 1.20 M x 1.00 M including 50mm dia MS pipe 2 Nos each 1.5mtr long with cap plug and cap top for filling pea gravel including necessary excavation & each work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pea gravel of size 2 to 4 mm of natural shape brought direct from rever bank and packing around the casing pipe of mild steel to entire depth upto ground.

Development of tube well by means of high capacity air compressor, not less than 600 PSI for minimum 24 hrs till the water become sand and silt free including removal of surplus soil mud to a distance not exc 50 mtr away, complete all as specified in IS 11189-1985 para 4.3 and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- (i) Compressor, fuel, manpower and any other equipment of suitable capacity for the development of tube well shall be arranged by the contractor at under his own arrangement and no extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) A proper record and log sheet for running of compressor shall be signed by the contractor and Engineer-in-Charge and countersigned by GE.

Supply of sodium meta hexa phosphate for disinfection of borewell all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well by means by means of over pumping for subsequent hours until clear discharge as per clause 9.3.2 of IS 2800 (Part-1) -1991 all as specified and directed.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick and having internal dimension 1.0 mtr x 0.60 mtr x 0.10 mtr made out of shisham plank 20mm thick with hinges and staples including polishing complete with samples at various depth met at the time of boring including stata chart in duplicate.

Chemical bilogical and potability testing of water sample taken from the bore at Govt approved laboratories. Note:- (i) Testing charges and transportation shall be born by contractor. (ii) Test certificate obtained from approved lab will be submitted by the contractor in original.

Yield testing for bore well by continuous pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield of the tube well as per clause 5 of IS 2800 (Part-II) -1979 complete all as specified and directed.

Electric logging in trial bore precise delineation of annular zones and also the quality of ground water including report interpreatation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Electric logging shall be carried out by approved agency. (b) Unit rate quoted by tender shall be deemed to include cost of MS pipe and transportation of rig accessories required, developing and testing etc at site of work and removal of the same on completion from the site including necessary supervision and rent charges of rig machine compressor & OP unit (any other T&P not specifically mentioned) in respective item of Sch 'A' above, no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fix air release valve of cast iron with suitable to connect column pipe of rising main flanged and column pipe compelte with nut, bolt washer etc including grouting 4 numbers bolt on PCC platform (PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) suitable size and thickness as directed by Garission Engineer. Note :- (i) PCC platform including excavation etc shall e included in quoted rate. (ii) Minimum size of plateform shall be 1.00 mtr x 1.00 mtr x 0.15 mtr height above natural ground level.

Supply, lowering, jointing and testing MS black column pipe heavy duty 100 mm bore wall thickness 5.4mm both ends flanged with heavy duty MS flanged not less than 16mm screwed and welded in side and outside.
