Fabric acoustic panels from floor level upto ceiling: S&F of customised fabric based acoustic panels made using g.i framework using 48mm main floor & section channel with suppourt taken from main side walls,installed in grid pattern of 600mm X1200mm X 48mm , fixing of chicken wire mesh as backing support, fixing of sound synth 50mm thick, 1000 gsm, upto .9NRC level having Class A fire ratings, fixing of ISI marked commercial grade ply strips 40mmX 12mm as per panel design, fixing of 12mm thick "Chisel strecth fabric system" of UPVC strenght as per panel design installed using mechanised stapplers, fixing of 10mm thick wood wool board upto ceiling level in height with upto .6NRC level, fixing of 2mm thick foam for cushion effect & finally finished with fire resistant fabric as per approved colour & design.
Fire rated acoustic doors: Removing old doors and S&F of modular finish factory made acoustic doors of size 1400 x 2100 mm with main frame of g.i fixed with m.s hold fastners & latter filled with cement at site, main acoustic door shutters of upto 75mm thick, with infilled of acoustic insulation controlling sound upto 45db having laminate finish on either side with black dull finish, door hardware complete in set like: Concelled door closure 1no.s, drop down seal 2 no.s, heavy duty hinges 4no.s, rubber gaskets on door leafs, main door handles of upto 900mm H type or D type for main doors & exit doors having 600mm. S.S push plates as per approved colur & design with the required fire ratings as per Fire departments approvals. Note :- Measurement can be done on outer to outer of Chowkats as in sqm and Rates Inclusive of removing of existing door shutters with Chowkats making good and fixing of New Chowkats with Shutters of above specification.
