Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Outdoor type LT Panel , self supporting, totally enclosed mounted on Base channel of size 40 mm x 40 mm x6mm, from CPRI certified Panel builder, factory fabricated made out of not less than 3 mm thick CRCA sheet ,dust and vermin proof, hinged smoothly openable front and rear, with neoprene rubber gasket, epoxy powder coated including danger plate, earth strip (25 x 6 mm) connecting provision - 02 Nos, ventilation louvers, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc. Panel board shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 hz, panel size shall be suitable for mounting and including the following items and connecting all outgoing feeder cables using suitable size lugs of any type and bus bar should be electrolytic copper bus bar with not less than 50mm width x 5 mm thickness or current carrying capacity not less than 630 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(I) Incomer - MCCB 415 V,400 A, 4 pole 36 KA with protection and control of the circuits against overloads and short-circuits protection for resistive and inductive loads with low inrush current. 01 Nos

Outgoing- (i) MCCB 415 V,200 A, 4 pole 36KA with protection and control of the circuits against overloads and short-circuits protection for resistive and inductive loads with low inrush current.- 02 Nos

(ii)MCCB 415 V,160 A, 4 pole 36KAwith protection and control of the circuits against overloads and short-circuits protection for resistive and inductive loads with low inrush current.- 01 Nos

(iii) MCCB 415 V,100 A, 4 pole 16KA with protection and control of the circuits against overloads and short-circuits protection for resistive and inductive loads with low inrush current.- 02 Nos

(iv)Smart Demand controller as per IEC 62053 21/22versatile and fully user programmable suitable for HT/LT with CT/PT with demand planning Present demand,max demand,predictive demand with date/time etc

(v)Digital Panel Meter Multifunctional type for Amps, Volts, KWH, Power Factor and other parameters flush mounting with LED indication lamp complete and all as per standard praticealongwith indicating lamps

(vi) Resin cast current Transformer 250/5A - 3Nos

Supply ,fixing,testing and commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer copper wound of capacity 100 KVA for automatic operation three phase,natually oil cooled in and including transformer oil complete,Outdoor type and designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second including cable termination box for incoming and outgoing cable and necessary platform with minimum 60cm above ground level and plan size as recommended by manufacturer.complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The quoted rate inclusive of connecting the existing outgoing cables of anytype to the servo voltage stabilizer by using new lugs,glands as per site requirement.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity not less than 100 KVAR( 25+25+15+10+5+5+5+5) alongwith incoming MCCB of size not less than 160 Amps and selecor switches/push buttons to operate the APFC Panel manually and indicating lamps of 10 nos to indicate the ON/OFF capacitor bank alongwith incoming cables air circulators -02 Nos internal wiring making/connecting the APFC Panel to the existing main LT Panel complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Capacitors should be of oil immersed box type. (ii) It is the contractors responsibility to maintain PF b/w 0.95 to 1 at full load and make suitable arrangements.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor for 240 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed (laying in trenches /on wall/cable tray) . Note for items 4 to 7: (i)Excavation ,earthwork, sand filling and laying of HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Cl path indicator fixed on MS angle and painted in blue colour shall be provided as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing , cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix weather proof cable junction boxes suitable for outdoor installaions with knockout for cable entry looping in box PVC with side dimension155mmx210mmx92 mm comprising of connector -01nos including mounting arrangements and lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting Galvanized Octagonal pole of 5 mtr height with galvanization of 65 micron average thickness and Bottom 130mm, top 70mm and base plate 12mm thickness with necessary arrangements including 4 nos of J bolt & nuts and supply of 1 no of 16A double pole MCB as incomer with neutral link complete in a proper position with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and pole cap and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under the respective item.

Supply and fix energy saving ,street light fittings LED 40 watts luminaire with high power LEDs and unique flood optics to ensure uuniform distribution and saving upto 50% w.r.t conventional system and maintenance free system ,including fixing arrangement on pole by providing GI pipe medium grade 25 mm dia 1.5 Mtr in length with suitable size MS Clamp two Nos made out of 25x3 mm FI, prewired all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete for foundation of type 1:3:6 C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated two single core 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor and one run of 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm main wire+ one run of 1.5 sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit for payment.

Cutting the existing road for passing cable (45 cm width and 75 cm depth) and making good the disturbed surface by using 15 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) , Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Note:(i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip , GI tubing light grade upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Beyond 7.5 mtr the copper earth strip20X3 mm & GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured under relevant item of the schedule. (iv) Quotated rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 900x600x5mm & copper earth electrode buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) and chamber to be filled with carbon/bentanite compound incl copper strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of GI bolts and nuts,check nuts,washers and connecting to earth terminal/ test point etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and 40 mm thick RCC Cover with 6 mm dia MS bars 10 cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 Note:(i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) copper earth strip , (iii) Quotated rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 1 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.

Supply and lay HDPE Pipes PN 10 of 50mm for cable protection,laid complete all as specified and directed.
