Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan point, one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cables in and including suitable size PVC casing capping and fittings including pressed steel / PVC terminal switch boxes fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments, 20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
