RequiredThe Bidder should have valid Firm Registration Certificate/NSIC/MSME registration under the State of Telangana.
RequiredThe bidder must possess, machinery/equipment including a Hi-reach hydraulic boom capable of reaching heights up to 20 meters-1no, along with a jaw crusher-1no, shear cutter-1 no, additional shear cutter-1no, rock breaker with bucket etc. Additionally, the bidder shall have excavators-2 nos, mini excavator with rock breaker with bucket any other demolition equipment/ machinery as per the necessity
RequiredManufacturers, their authorized distributors, or authorized dealers are eligible to participate in the tender. These entities must submit their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized dealers.
RequiredWork Experience: The bidder must have similar experience of demolition with a minimum cost of Rs.1.00 Crore, directly or indirectly in any Government Sector in state of Telangana in any one Financial Year during last 3 Years (i.e., FY: 2022-2023 to 2024-2025).The experience certificate should be issued by an officer of cadre not less than the rank of the Superintending Engineer/SP/DCP.
RequiredBidders must submit valid statutory registrations, including GST, PAN, and IT returns for the last three financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25).
RequiredThe Bidder should have Firm Turnover: CA certificate: Annual Turnover Rs.1.25 Crore of any one Financial year during last 3 Years (i.e., FY: 2022-2023 to 2024-2025) attested by Chattered Accountant.
OptionalPreference will be given to bidders with experience in demolishing structures without damaging immediate neighboring / adjoining structures necessary proof / evidence of the same issued by the concerned authority of State Government may be considered.
RequiredThe bidder should submit a valid speed certificate issued by the concerned authority of State Government evidencing demolition of minimum area of 30,000 Sqft completed within 6 hours considering the urgency and requirement for high speed execution of demolition works.
RequiredThe bidder firm must have accreditation from ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 & ISO 45001/2018 for demolition & certificates must submit along with the bid documents.
RequiredThe bidder must have a certified safety engineer with minimum 5 years of work experience in safety engineering.
RequiredThe bidder must have registered operational office in Hyderabad since past 5 years, Telangana as per Companies act.
RequiredThe bidders shall submit Annexure ? I & II on their Letter Head with signed copy and upload the same.
