Earth work in excavation for structure and in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) for retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering. and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases .

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimiter) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30mmx30mmx5mm(Thirty millimeter into Thirty millimeter into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centrig below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footingsbases of columns and like mass concrete etcetra as per HPWD specification, approved Drawing, design to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling carriage of materials to variouslocation through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,roylality.malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size) including mechanically mixed and vibrating (M-20 Grade) excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement cement concrete including curing complete as per HPWD specification, approved Drawing, design to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling carriage of materials to variouslocation through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,roylality.malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing mild steel/tor steel renforcement for RCC work including bending, and placing in position complete as per HPPWD specifications, approved Drawings,design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams tees, flats complete as per HPPWD specifications, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Brick work using common burnt clay second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Forur sand) in foundation and plinth up to floor all levels including curing complete as per HPPWD specifications, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimetre) overall 0.60 (Zero point Six Zero millimetre) thick prepainted dsteel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five microns) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washer complete with all accesories complete as per H.P.P.W.D. specifications, approved drawing, design, to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Steel Gate made with M.S flats angle or tube rectangular/square as per H.P.P.W.D. specifications, approved drawing, design, to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
