Rectification of leakage in 100mm dia M.S. Rising main at Water Supply Schemes Ishber Nishat near school premises by way of: - Earth work excavation of size (4ft X 4ft X 6ft deep) by (manual/ Hydraulic Excavator) means at (02) different sports to identify the damage and leaking spots. The Job includes excavation under all kinds of soil vaz concrete surface, hard soil etc. The job also includes complete dressing, backfilling and levelling of trench soil from WSS Ishber Nishat to its Service Reservoir.

Repairing of existing damaged rising main of 100 mm dia. at different spots to plug the leakages by way of removing the dirt, dust and de-watering the leakage spots on the rising main pipe and delivery line junction. Welding the same by using standard welding electrodes. The job may require oxy-acetylene gas for the cutting and repairing, then welding at leaking spots on the rising main. The job include end to end welding if need for replacement of any damaged portion of pipe arises. The job may also include providing/fabricating and fitting of flexible double collar joint where required for reinforcement of damaged portion of Rising main. The job also includes arrangement of DG set, gas cutter, service line involved in the job, skilled labour and other tools and tackles as per site requirement. The job further include testing of rising main on full load.
