Supply and filling with M.Sand in layers of 100mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns,etc., excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work Open excavation by manual means for Boxing of roads and foundation in all the soils and sub-soils and to the required depth as directed inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and drawing as directed by the departmental officers. 0 to 2M

Sectioning & Trimming the side berms 75mm depth with necessary gradient etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying of Gravel including cost and conveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departemental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading, including all hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental engineers for making up of low berms

Providing and laying Wet Mix Mecadam base course on the proposed sub base for 150mm compacted thickness in two layers of 75 mm thick with 0.396 Cubic Metre of 45 to 22.40mm graded metal, 0.528 Cubic Metre of 22.40 to 2.36mm graded metal and 0.396 Cubic Metre of 2.36mm& below graded metal for one cubic metre of consolidated thickness, cost and conveyance of all materials at site of work, mixing in base mix plant, conveying the mixed material by tipper to site spreading with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 8 to 10 Ton static weight and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope, Hire and fuel Charges for tools and plants such as Loader 5 Cubic Metre capacity, Tipper, Base Mix Plant (Pug Mull), Water Tanker 6 KL Capacity, Vibratory Roller 8 to 10 Ton Capacity, Motor Grader 110 HP, etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using 7 kgs. Of bitumen emulsion for 10 sqm. area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen by bitumen sprayer etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG40 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20- 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5
