DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF STREET LIGHTS, REPAIR /REPLACEMENT, LT PANEL, LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS IN OTM OF DOGRAI BDE AT NAMS

Repair of existing street light of any type or description, fixed in vertical position with poles/wall including disconnecting the electric connection, removing from pole/wall if required, carrying out minor repairs like disconection of wire/cable, cleaning of carbon on OH line and replacing starter, fuses, drivers, choke, bulb,etc as required at site to make the items functional and refixing the same at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning engaging sufficient man power and tool and plant etc to ensure safety of light/pole as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The un-serviceable items shall be replaced under respective items of relevent schedule as below .

(ii) The complaint register, complaint slip in duplicate shall also be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost for recording/monitoring of electric supply /street light complaints . (iii) T&P viz tools , ladder any type are provided by the contractor to the electrician party. (iv) Complaint slip will be delivered to the representative of contractor at 9.00 A.M by JE E/M or his rep at AGE E/M yard service centre and same will be handed over back to JE E/M or his rep after completing the job /complaint upto 5.00 PM same day. (v) Store required for compliant will be deposit in office by the contractor in advance. No direct store will be issued by contractor to the electrician for complaint. Sotre issued by contractor without knowledge of JE or Engr-in-Charge will not be paid to the contractor. (vi)Complaint petaining to same locations/pole and rectification of fault one point considersd as one job and rectifications of two points at same location will also be measured and paid as one job Similarly more than two will be measured additional job. (vii) If the complaint has not been atteneded within 48 hours, the penality of Rs 150/- per complaint will be recovered from contractor. (vii) In case if the contractor/his rep does not attend the office to recieve complaint from JE E/M or his rep,penality of Rs 500/- per day will be recovered from contractor.

Supply & fixing LED street light 60 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required , if any can be carried out from Top cover. Supply and laying, in replacement, of LT underground cable XLPE insulated, inner PVC sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured, PVC sheathed electric power cable with stranded compact aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) with latest amendements, suitable for earthed system laid in duct/trench/along pole etc . Note : 1. The cost of Aluminium thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Supply and fixing / laying in replacement galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fabricating and fixing in replacement of cross arms (any type) supports, brackting, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.
