Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil Bound destemper including Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl two coats of distempering walls distemper dry, white or tinted on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash in ceiling including rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on any surfaces of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new surfaces, plastered or unplastered of walll/facia/chajjas etc and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forpreperation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & Fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon [email protected] litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 1mm thick wall care putty on wall including roughening of suraface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm with or girth and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
