12 m-15 m Span Over Head Structure with 300 dia MS-two vertical post Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Overhead Structure of 12M-15M span comprising of three vertical post of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC. Retro Reflective Sheeting Type XI with 4 mm thick ACM Double Side. Providing and fixing retro relfective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium compsite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-feflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/ atex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The mS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum compsite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the mS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5 mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the fron visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-feflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials labour, equipments. fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
