Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n. exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site and making good the disturbed portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface without any extra cost.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.0 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description including removing debrish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering using polymer modified ready-mix cement based mortar (conforming to IS- 1661- 1972, IS-2250-1965, IS:2402-1963) applied in ratio (1:3) as per manufacturer's instruction on brick work or concrete surfaces as on ceilings including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Ultratech / Dr. Fixit / Fosroc

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering using polymer modified ready-mix cement based mortar conforming to (IS- 1661- 1972, IS-2250-1965, IS:2402-1963) applied in ratio (1:4) as per manufacturer's instruction on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls /damaged irregular surface of chajjas, roof projections, ceiling, fascia etc including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Ultratech / Dr. Fixit / Fosroc. Note:- The cost of necessary scaffolding up to (G+2 storey) shall be deemed to be included in unit cost.

M&L for 15mm (average) thick rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas, roof projections, ceiling, fascia etc in CM (1:4) over cement slurry coat @3 Kg /sqm, making the surface even followed by 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3), surface finished even and smooth including making of drip course as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rate for form work if required shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Rate for roughening surface of RCC/PCC by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water etc. shall be deemed to be included in unit rates.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster (of any colour/ pattern) on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster (1:1/2:2) (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 coloured stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings and incuding taking down existing cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately.
