REPLACING THE EXISTING DAMAGED CORRUGATED ASBESTOS CEMENT SHEET ROOFING WITH NON ASBESTOS CORRUGATED CEMENT ROOFING SHEET AND OUTER COLOUR WASHING FOR THE SPORTS GALLERY AT Dr.BABU JAGAJIVAN RAM SPORTS COMPLEX IN TONDIARPET HOUSING COLONY

1.Providing scaffolding arrangement using Casurina props 100 mm to 125 mm dia on the steps and platform of sports complex to carry out the removing of damaged A.C.Sheets and laying of roof chaminar fortune sheeting ( Non- Asbestos ) and colour washing the purlin, cantilever beams, etc., lead and lift, safety measures including removing the scaffolding after completion of works all as per relevent specification and as directed at site of work including all labour , materials, tools, equipments coirs, transport, fuels, etc., complete. 1). Plan area will be measured and paid. 2)75% of the payment may be released after erecting of scaffolding in all respects. 3) 25% of the balance payment will be released only after completion of work. scaffolding measurement will be measured only one time for the entire repair/improvement works.

2.Dismantling and removing the damaged A.C.sheet from roof of sports gallery carefully without damaging the nearby structure and stocking as directed at site of work, conveying and handing over the serviceable materials if any, to the departmental stores/RSD yard within port premises including, all labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, equipments, fuel, transport, etc., complete.

3.Supply and fixing of Non Asbestos corrugated cement roofing sheet with natural grey colour of 6 mm thick,(Size 3.00MX1.05M) Conforming to IS 14871-2000,Type A,Catogory C, Class 7 and fixing in position of M S L/J Hook of 10 mm thick with galvenising coating of 70 to 80 Microns , and fixing of MS Flats of 50 mm X 6 MM thick with one coat of primer and two coat of anticorrosive paint over the non Asbestos ACC Sheet for the joining of sheet to prevent the lifting of Non ACC sheet during the wind pressure with suitable bolt and Bitumen washer in the sports Gallery or where ever required without damaging the existing structure all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour , materials, tools, equipments coirs, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, transport , fuels, etc., complete.

4.Preparing the surface and plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 - cement: 3 - Crushed stone sand) 12mm thick for walls, beams steps and all as directed at site of work and wherever necessary to the required finish, curing, including cement, all labour, materials, tools, equipments, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, scaffolding, etc., complete.

5.Preparing the surfaces of walls and applying two coat of emulsion paints ACE (Asian or equivalent) approved quality and colour to give an even shade and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, materials, equipments, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, scaffolding, etc., complete.

6.Preparing the surfaces of old steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of make (Asian or equivalent) of approved colour and shade to give even shade including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete. NOTE: 1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

7.Preparing the surfaces of old wooden members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of make (Asian or equivalent) of approved colour and shade to give even shade including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete. NOTE: 1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

8.Preparing the surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash using lovelycem or equivalent of approved for quality to give an even shade all as directed including all labour, materials, safety belts, helmet, safety shoes, brushes, tools, scaffolding etc., complete.
