Supply & erecting in truly vertical position steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-55 (11.00 mtrs long) complete with 300 x300x 6 mm thick MS base plate continuously welded at bottom of pole and MS sheet 2 mm thick plug welded at top, bolts, nuts & screws including one shop coat of red oxide primer and internally bituminous painted including painting with two coats of aluminium paint and black and white strips 30 cm upto 1.5mtr height from top of coping in strips and anti climbing device complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work & PCC shall be measured & paid for separately). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice board/plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures , and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts approved size of HT 25cmx20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Route indicator showing detail with red colour " 11 KV DANGER "made up of mild steel plate of size 25 cm (l) x 20 cm (w) x 2 mm thickness welded to MS Flat 20 x 5 mm with overall length 45 cm complete with errection in ground with suitable PCC works along with UG cable paths to identify and exact routing of buried HT electrical cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (round, square or flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the poles, spike welded to flat iron, including on primer coat, one under coat and two finishing coats of silver aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fix lightning arrestor HT 11 KV expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp. complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth strip of 32x6 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40mm dia GI pipe for protection of GI earth strip including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering GI funnel , PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron strip of size 25x4 mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulator/spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length as lightening conductor for lightening arresters / GOD on HT poles incl necessary nut & bolts all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

Material & Labour of Cross arms bracing support clamps, back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section with bolts, nuts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as directed or indicated and painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of Silver paints, complete all as sepecified dirceted by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (12 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade confirming to relevant IS, current rating 200 Amp and voltage 11 KV including jumpering, lead of wire/cable as directed at site. complete all as specified and directed.
