Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc then applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS 8887 at 3 Kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributer on prepared surface, thereafter Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content Paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, laid using mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as directed.

Road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed. Solar road studs made of aluminum alloy, 100% water proof, with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.30 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed. Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (including reflectorizing glass beads@250 gms per sqm as per IRC-35-1997)of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonary built in cement mortar cement lime motar including all quoins, arches, pillares, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade C-5, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete block walling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone (Approx size of each kerb stone 450x150xx300mm ) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathreing, throating or rounded on one side , set joined and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated stone , concrete, brick surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed.

Machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fiber reinforced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed

100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors for laying of paver tiles complete all as directed .

50mm thick sand cushioning for laying tiles complete all as directed .

Raised Pavement Marker fixed in repairs made of polycarbonate ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 26000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORT&H (RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO III Dtd 11.06.1997). The pavement markers will be auto moulded by dual polymer shanks and must comply with all the MORT&H specifications. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm, and 100mm respectively and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+/02 mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be minimum value of 500Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive complete all as directed. Make : 3M or equivalent
