Disconnecting, dismantling unserviceable reciprocating compressors of DX type AC plant of capacity 35 TR completely from system, strip opening and replacing the unsv items, re-assembling the dismantled compressor with re-fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of the unserviceable/defective parts with new parts as required at site, connecting the compressor and making perfectly leak proof after cleaning the oil sump, oil pump, connecting rod, piston, liner etc and filling of compressor oil, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and reasembling as in original position, testing the compressor complete all as specified and directed and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for following make & model of compressors :- (a) Make Accel , Model SMC 4 – 100. Note : Quoted rates are inclusive for fixing of new item as supply only.

M&L for carrying out periodical checking & preventive maintenance of Dehumidifier (Make : Bry Air Asia Ltd) installed in Tech Area by attending quarterly for checking/rectifying defects as required alongwith all tools, materials, all type of nuts, check nuts, washers, teflon tape, electrical testing tools etc to make plant serviceable/functional complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any parts replaced during maintenance shall be measured separately under respective item as supply only of 'Sch A' BOQ.

Supply only heating element of capacity 2 KW as per sample suitable for dehumidifier, details as mentioned above complete.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in replacement of compressor control panel indoor type for DX type compressor of motor capacity 60HP, 3-Phase made out of CRCA sheet of 2.0 mm thick of size 600x600x450mm size with fixing arrangement on wall/ angle iron base of 40x40x5mm thick and standing legs mounting on floor/cable duct consisting of follwing control/auxillary features. (a) Power contactor 125Amprs, 3 pole - 03 Nos (b) Over load protection OLP rating 80 to 125 Amps - 01 No (c) Motor protection relay of rating 80 to 125 Amps - 01 No (d) Auxillary contactor 2NC+2NO - 03Nos (e) ON/OFF push buttons - 02Nos (f) Toggle switches - 01No (g) MCCB 125 Amps, 25 KA, 3pole, 50Hz - 01No (h) Phase control indicating lamps - 06Nos (j) Timer GFC - 01No (k) Pre-control wiring with pvc insulated multistranded copper conductor wire as required.

M&L for attending breakdown complaint of central AC plant of commulative capacity upto 100 TR with necessary tools & plants, skilled technician/labour complete checking & diagnose faults/defect and make the plant functional with in 48 hours of receipt of complaint all as directed. Note:- (a) Replacement of any unserviceable/defective spares shall be measured and paid under relevent item of this schedule here in after as supply and fix, any necessary labur charge for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) The Contractor shall maintain register of record for complaint received and action will be taken all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair temperature gauge as per existing , measuring range 0 - 50 degree C, of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Make : Guru or superior make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair water pressure gauge of range 0 – 150 PSI as per existing for upto 100 mm dia GI pipe including suitable ferrule for connecting up and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Make : Guru or superior make as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement of insulation with nitrile rubber of AC Plant one complete unit comprising of 4/2 compressor including all insulation of pipe, chiller etc all as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of existing duct insulation with thermocoal of existing size and fixing with charcoal below and above of thermocoal as per existing to avoid moisture absorption, wire mesh, POP, painting as per existing complete as per existing shape and size including repair of any broken nut bolt/ sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of duct insulation with nitrile rubber prefixed with aluminium foil as per existing shape and size complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F in replacement HP, LP cut out with soldiering connection as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement angle valve as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of water temprature sensor (LWT/EWT) alongwith 5 mtr wire as per sample suitable for AC plant all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement new hermitically sealed scroll compressor of 13 TR, 3-phase, 440 volt , Make : Danfoss, Model No - SZ-185S4RC complete with oil suitable for R-22/407 Non CFC refrigerant gas etc including disconnecting and reconnecting with inlet and outlet refrigerant copper pipe with brazing/ soldering as required to make leak proof connection all as specified and directed. Note : Referigerant gas will be issued under Sch B free for filiing from AGE E/M Yard and transportation from yard to site is contractors responsibility.

S&F in replacement new hermitically sealed scroll compressor 19/21 TR, 3 phase, 440 volt , Make : Danfoss, Model No - SY-300A4PBE complete with oil suitable for R-22/407 Non CFC refrigerant gas etc including disconnecting and reconnecting with inlet and outlet refrigerant copper pipe with brazing/ soldering as required to make leak proof connection all as specified and directed. Note : Referigerant gas will be issued under Sch B free for filiing from AGE E/M Yard and transportation from yard to site is contractors responsibility.

S&F in replacement new hermitically sealed scroll compressor 19/21 TR, 3 phase, 440 volt , Make : Danfoss, Model No - SY-300A4MBB complete with oil suitable for R-22/407 Non CFC refrigerant gas etc including disconnecting and reconnecting with inlet and outlet refrigerant copper pipe with brazing/ soldering as required to make leak proof connection all as specified and directed. Note : Referigerant gas will be issued under Sch B free for filiing from AGE E/M Yard and transportation from yard to site is contractors responsibility.

M&L for necessary tools/ plants for finding leakage in condenser piping system and clearing choking of condensor and rectifiying defects including welding/brazing as necessary by arranging N2 gas for checking leakage and oxygen gas for welding etc all as directed and testing for satisfactory operation of plant including refilling of refrigerant gas by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Referigerant Gas will be supplied by Department as Sch B, transportation for gas from AGE E/M yard to site is to be provided by the contractor.

S&F in replacement heater of 3 KW capacity for hot water generator as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of First Aid Box with basic medicines made of GI sheet complete as per sample all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks of capacity 2000 ltrs (cylinderial vertical with closed top) and 25/20 mm bore size with float valve, hoisted and fixed in position including connection of water supply line and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs (cylinderial vertical with closed top) and 25/20 mm bore size with float valve, hoisted and fixed in position including connection of water supply line and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, any type of work fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint and including PCC for foundation of staging as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 1.1 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement butter fly vlave of 100 mm dia PN-10 suitable for AC plant as per sample including testing all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm x 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth lead upto and including 7.5 metre only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead, if any required shall be measured and paid for seprately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'.
