Out sourcing service for operation , safe guarding and maintenance of 02 Nos non IBR revomax steam boiler plants comprising of 01 No air compressor, various electrical and mechanical equipments and monitoring fuel, oil, lubricant level daily all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge by employing suitably experienced & qualified boiler operators for two shifts (01 No for each shift) of duration from 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs and 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs on all working days. Note:- The person employed by the contractor shall posses necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the boiler/control panel and carrying out the maintenance of the plant & fire fighting equipments and keeping the plant room and quipments clean. All documents related to the equipments are to be maintained by the operator as per prescribed format. Location : Laundry plant at MH Kirkee. Make: Thermax of capacity 100 Kg/hour, pressure 10.54 Kg/Sqcm using fuel.

Out sourcing service for operation , safe guarding and maintenance fired incinerator 01 No of capacity 50 Kg/hour and various electrical equipments and monitoring of fuel, oil lubricants level daily as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge by employing suitably qualified incinerator operator for one shift duration from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on all working days. The person employed by the contractor shall posses necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the incinerator/control panel and carrying out the maintenance of the plant & fire fighting equipments and keeping the plant room and quipments clean. All documents related to the equipments are to be maintained by the operator as per prescribed format Location : MH Kirkee. Make: JJ Hotmax

Note for item No 1.00 to 2.00:- (a) The person employed by the contractor for incinerator operator shall have minimum 5 Yrs experience in the respective trade. (b) Rate quoted by the contractor for the above items shall be deemed to be included for the expenditure of keeping general cleanliness of the area of the installations complete including cutting of grass shrubs & vegetations around the installation. (c) Protective clothing as IS and safety instructions & tools required as applicable are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuosly in use of the operator on duty. No extra payment will be made to the contractor for the same. (d) Contractor should arrange his man power in such a way that each employee should not be assigned more than one shift of 8 hours in a single day and weekly one day off is given to each employee for which separate manpower arrangements to be made by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (e) Any breakdown in the system shall be reported immediately ot JE E/M/ Engr-in-Charge. (f) Daily routine maintenance should be included in the quoted rates. (g) Life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance company approved by IRDA. (h) The trademen shall be well conversant with preventive measures (First aid) in case of electrical accidents of the systems.
