Excavation in foundation in trenches in earth work in pick work, jumper work within all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a leads of 20 mtr in pick jumper work 50% each in all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of E-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1:cement : 5 Sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form workin: Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb gray or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar of 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing, rubbing and polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for extra) 60mm thick all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
