CIVIL WORK

Removing hard rock by wedging chiseling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited.

Dismantling AC sheet roofing without roof timber and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and roofing with ASBESTOS CEMENT CORRUGATED SHEETS including fixing of ridges complete including the costs of U’ of J’ bolts and nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers and cutting the sheet to the required the sizes if necessary and white washing the inner side of the AC sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the Departmental officers.

Labour charges for re-roofing AC sheet with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly carbonate sheet of size 3m x 1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheet for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading ,unloading and transportation charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Tarfelt with 3mm thick laid by bituminous compound including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Renewing the broken glass panes of 5.5mm thick with new plain glass of 5.50 mm thick of approved quality including fixing in position with T.W beading all round the glass panes with nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating of MS angle section, vertical stanction and forming truss used with MS Square/Rectangular pipe and necessary MS angles for cleat. For purlins MS Square pipe has to be fabricated as directed by the departmental officers. M.S Angle

Supplying and laying of profiled colour Galvalume sheet with combination 55AI:43, 4Zn:16SI TCT bend type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550MPA made from high tensile / CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65mm and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. (Test certificate for quality of Galvalume Sheet should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock bottom rails the steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable shutter.
