Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and Over Load Warning Device (OLWD) at Bldg Nos - 52,53,54,55,56 and 57 where available of electrically operated passenger lift make M/s KONE ELEVATORS with a capacity of 6 passengers 544 Kgs for 5 stops / 5 landings, 1.0 M/Sec per single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system (308 Flats Ayapakkam ) ( 12 No lifts) ground floor and four upper floors. Note for item No 2 and 3 : (i) The contractor is required to enter into MOU with the lift manufacturer (or) with any OEM having registered with "Govt of tamilnadu Electrical Inspectorate " having valid license and shall submit the same within 15 days form commencement of work. (ii) The spares/electrical items as listed in Schedule A Part-II shall be used whenever required only and measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) The rate quoted by the contractor above is inclusive of all items required at site except those items given in Sch A Part II and to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing of all moving parts on monthly basis all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) If spare parts of original make is not available in the market ,necessary equivalent suitable spare to existing lift part as approved by the department shall be used in the work for smooth running of lifts. (v) Cost of renewal of lift license from Lift Inspector ,Govt of Tamil Nadu is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer for item no :2 and 2.01 mentioned above.
