Quote tender as per item Description, Technical Specification/Drawing/Annexure and Make to be clearly mentioned and related documents must be uploaded at the time of bidding otherwise offer will be liable to be passed over.
a)Tenderer to quote as per the description/specification as specified in annexure attached. Participant need to upload the specification of the offered product in the same format as particulars given in annexure b) Before Bulk Supply the firm is advised to approve one sample with the consignee.Also sample to be provide within 7 days at consignee location for approval. c) Experience Certificate/Successful CRN copy for the supply of same material need to submit with offered document. d) Successful Bidder have to collect the printing material form the consignee end. e) Part Payment & Part Delivery is not accepted f) No Extra charges will be provided for editing & formating purpose.Quoted cost is including of all these charges. g) Firms has to submit self certified decleration copy about data privacy in firms own letter head.
The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.
