Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof and removing the rubbish outside complex (MOD land),incl removal of vagitation if any upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including mud plastering and mud phuska under brick tiles at any situation and height, upto G+5 storey bldg incl removal of mtrls upto 1.50 km away from defence land complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm average thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC on roof surfaces & finished even and smooth with using extra cement and applying two coat of building grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm in each layer in any position upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick rendering on top of roof surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer instruction.upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of silver Shield BITUMINIOUS paint on app membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for heat resistant tiles of size 300x300x 9mm thick with solar effectivereflectance =0.7567, emissivity= 0.935 made from screened ground minerals blend with fiber bonding agent compound and other chemicals with high emissive and water proofing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping/ coving or mud stops etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with 20mm Ball brass valves,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule Minimum wt 20mm-210grm and s&f in repair 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed incl Dismantling of PVC water tanks of exc 500 litres and n.exc 1000 litres capacity of any condition or type incl complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 13 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer instruction.upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Apex over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning,repairing and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and reconnecting and refixing in position for tanks capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ fresh air/ Wall mounted fan including refixing the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable/ wornout part and testing as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts suchg as blade, canopy, ball bearing, gun metal bush, shaft, exhaust fan motor etc. shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent of supply only.

Taking down carefully geysers 25/35/50 ltrs capacity opening for inspection reassembling and re-fixing in position after carrying out repairs rates included for replacement of pressed rubber gasket nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Spare Parts such as tank, apparatus plate, outer body shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of supply only.

M&L for opening up the winding of ceiling fan 1200 mm 1400 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete including taking down and testing of the ceiling fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening up the winding of Exhaust fan 225/300 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete including taking down and testing of the exhaust fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22 above but 450 mm sweep complete including taking down and testing of the exhaust fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening up the winding of wall mounted fan 250/300 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete including taking down and testing of the wall mounted fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 above but 600 mm sweep Almonard fan in 61 CAV Stable complete. Taking down and testing of the exhaust fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200mm /1400 mm sweep of any make with suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Edngineer-in-Charge. (As per sample)

Supply only exhaust fan Metal blade suitable for 225/300mm sweep of any make with suitable size of split pin as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Edngineer-in-Charge.(As per sample)

All as per item No 27 but 450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.(As per sample)

Supply only PVC fresh air fan blade suitable for 250/200 mm size with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only canopy upper and lower of celing fan of any make & size complete with nuts, bolts & washers as per sample approved (As per sample) complete all as specified and directed by Edngineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable down rod and supply and fix 1.5 mtr long down rod duly made out off Mild steel including taking down & refixing of existing ceiling fan of any sweep and make and making connection from ceiling rose to PVC connector complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement ceiling fan down rod 0.6 mtr long duly made out off mild steel including rubber bush nut, bolt, washer and split pin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
