Supply, design, engineering, manufacture, procurement of materials and bought out components, assembly at shop, shop painting, inspection, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, delivery to Site of following mentioned 415V MV Indoor Switchboards for NRL Expansion Project (Substation No.-16), including supply of special tools and tackles. Site work which include Testing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning of all Relays, Multifunction meters, Condition Monitoring and Asset Performance management (APM) system, performance guarantee run, handling over to client detailed scope as per material requisition ( MR)

Training requirement for two numbers of Owner’s engineer/Technical Assistants at manufacturing works for three days for the operation and maintenance of 415V MV Switchboard.

Training requirement for ten numbers of Owner’s engineer/Technical Assistants at site for one week for the operation and maintenance of 415 MV Switchboard.

TRANSPORTATION: For Indegenious Bidders : Inland transportation charges by road of all supplies from Vendor’s works / shop to Project site, Numaligarh Refinery, Golaghat, Asaam/ Rail Transportation up to NMGS/Numaligarh Refinery Project Siding.

Extended warranty for 24 months after commissioning or 36 months after dispatch whichever is earlier for 415V MV Switchboard and Busducts separately.

Unit rate for Supervision Sevices of erection and commissioning / Performance testing as per details mentioned in material requisition for quoted items as per enclosed instructions to vendor Per Diem charges upto 8 hrs on normal working days. ( BIDDERS TO QUOTE UNIT RATE FOR DIEM CHARGES )

Unit rate for Supervision Sevices of erection and commissioning / Performance testing as per details mentioned in material requisition for quoted items as per enclosed instructions to vendor Overtime rate per hour (beyond normal 8 hours on normal working days).
