SCHEDULE "A" PART - XI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Supply and fix health faucet with 1000 mm long flexible tube with wall hook with non-return valve (back flow preventer) complete fitting all as specified and as directed. Make : Model No. ALD-579 of Jaquar or equivalent model in as specified in PS as approved.

Supply and fix brass CP, fancy type angle cock for 15mm bore of pipe, with long shank and cup, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jaquar (AQT-CHR-3057) or equivalent model as specified in PS as approved.

Supply and fix of soap dish holder complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jaquar (AKP-CHR-35731P) or equivalent model as specified in PS as approved.

Supply and fix vertical DB TPN 4 way including one MCCB TP 63 A with breaking capacity 25KA , Ics=50 % Icu as incomer complete in SS enclosure vertical double door type, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber 600x600x600mm size with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM 1:4 over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 foundation, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on top of wall finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handles and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m etc., including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of soakage well of internal size of 1.8m dia and 3 m depth, including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6,brick work in CM 1:4 for honeycombed walls and including intercepting chamber and screen chamber ,with top ring of M-25 grade concrete ,RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, filling with brick bats etc, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for erecting and placing in position LLDPE septic tank for 25 users,designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8 , vent pipes etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
