Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces surface finished fair and even mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only of Integral waterproofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

S&F of 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework in ceilings including Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm for false ceiling and applying three coats of white wash over ceiling boards all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations fixed to aluminum doors / partitions all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface all as specified and directed.
