SLUDGE TREATMENT AND INTERNAL CLEANING WORK:
Sludge Treatment and Internal Cleaning of Crude Storage Tank-117
Mobilisation & installation of all required equipments, connected piping, hoses etc., and mobilisation of required machineries, tools and tackles, manpower etc., required for sludge treatment as per the scope of work. The contractor has to mobilise Mechanical Treatment Unit (upon the receipt of FOA) in order to take up the sludge processing in crude tank.
Processing of oily sludge by "In-situ mechanical treatement method" including pumping of unpumpable liquid and transfering the recovered oil to the desingnated tank as per the scope of work.
Manual cleaning of left over sludge, disposal, thorough internal cleaning of the tank and making the tank inside gas/oil/solid free and area cleaning around the tank. The tank shall be made ready to start mechanical maintenance jobs i.e. hot work jobs by other agency immediately after completion of sluge processing works without any further cleaning by them as per the enclosed scope of work.
De-Mobilisation of all equipments, tools and tackles etc., and clearing the site.
