SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (BOUNDARY WALL). Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed : (All kinds of soil)

Providing and fabricating, erecting of steel work in built up section/frame work incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing GI barbed wire with angle iron post placed at reqd distance embedded in cement concrete of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100m (minimum) fixed with GI staples , turn buckles etc. complete.

Providing and Painting two or more coats with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

SCHEDULE `A' PART -II (RCC Storm Water Drain). Earth work in exacavation in fdn trenches incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lifr upto 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (Use 1:2:4) (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (Use 1:1:5:3) (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminal size)

Proving, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precase reinforced cement concrete work instring courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 : Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminal size)

M/L for steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (use Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars).

M/L for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : Use 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

SCHEDULE `A' PART -III (Repair of Boundary Wall). Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repar to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in propoer shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1.4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling barded wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.
