Renovation of Technical Building at RAPP-7 and 8 and its isolation from RAPP-7 and 8 Main Plant Boundary, including construction of culverts, roads, fencing, and other associated miscellaneous works

SITE CLEARANCE: Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetations and / or inequalities not exceeding 15 cms deep and disposal of rubbish upto lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m for all kind of soil, complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Up to 1.50 m depth from the average existing ground level.

Directly from excavated rock/ soil within the lead of relevant excavation item.

From stockpiles of excavated rock/ soil within a lead of 1500 m.

Extra over item no. 3.2 above for every additional lead of 500 m or part thereof.

GOOD EARTH: Supplying at site of good quality earth /morrum/ gravel excavated and brought from outside plant (borrow pits/ stock piles), free from weeds, roots, pebbles, rubble, boulders more than 150mm in size and other foreign material, including royalty & carriage, and filling earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, and sides of foundation, etc., in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering, for lift up to 1.5 m, etc., all complete with safety and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Only consolidated fill volume shall be measured and paid.

SAND FILLING: Supplying & filling with approved quality of sand including ramming, dressing, at all levels & for all leads, all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

FILCRETE: Design, supply and place filcrete of pumpable consistency for backfilling below ground level and encasing of CCW pipe, with cement, sand, and fly ash mix of M-5 grade inclusive of all materials, tools, formwork, plants, etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: No recovery shall be made against use of deparmental stone for this item.
