Hire and labour charges for making temporary pandels, counters, sheds etc. as per drawing, direction of the authority and specification including cost of all materials, labour, royalties, taxes etc. complete. The bamboo frame work are to be made with 100mm dia bamboo as vertical post & 75mm dia used in the top roofing(purlins etc) as rafter. The minimum clear hight of the framework from G.L should be 2.70 m and vertical posts should be driven at least 0.75 m below G.L. The runners and ties should be of 75mm dia bamboos with spacing not more than 1.10 m et. (approx.). The top and outer side of the counter & pandels,sheds must be covered with water proof tarpolin.For partitions only bamboo frame work to be provided as per direction to meet the actual requirement.The entire structure is to be erected before the specified date & time and to be handed over to concerned authority for electrical installation etc. at least 24 hours before the specified time & date. The entire structure should have to be maintained by the agency concerned till completion of purpose meant for. The rate should be included the maintainance cost of structure & stricking out immediately after completion of the purpose including mending good as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The top cover should be of good quality water proof tarpolin pressed with bamboos as per direction .The supporting main post for ridge line should invariably be with Sal Ballah post @ 3.00 m C/C. The entire works is to be completed 2 days in advance of scheduled programme of ECI and all the structures have to be removed after completion of the purpose fully. Hire and labour charges for Side walling /view cutter where necessary with tar[polin, good quality coloured cloths as directed & with necessary bamboo frame work with suitable post including fitting fixing and with stricking out immediately after completion of the work includinq• mending good Damages at DC-RC, Nomination venue, counting etc. as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge, including all materials, labour, Taxes and all other incidental charges complete.

Decorative pandal with ceiling, side cover with cloths, screen etc. all complete as per item no. 1 (one) specification. (for two days)

Hire charges to flooring with Tarpoline under the shed including dressing the Ground if necessary,and the same will be removed after completion of the purpose meant for including all materials, labour, Taxes and all incidental charges complete.

Fitting, fixing of ply wood racks for keeping of BU, CU and VVPAT of different polling stations made of 12 mm thick ply with 75 mm x 50 mm vertical posts made of wooden battens @ 1.20 m c/c with 2 nos longitudinal and tranverse directions bracing size 25 mm x 50 mm, fixing with nails, screws etc. The racks of each room consists of maximum 3 layers or 4 layers, up. to 0.600 m vertical clear distance of each layer. The width of the ply shall be 600 mm and l200 mm with no horizontal joint and reinforcing with new wood planks including cost of nails, screws etc. and mending good, the damages after completion of counting procedure including cost of all materials, labour, taxes and all charges complete as per drawing and direction of the E.I.C For 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m (height) Box each layer

Hire and Labour charges for errection shed with good quality GCI sheet with Bamboo frame , @ 1.20 m c/c 100 mm diapost & 100 mm dia bamboo purling as per direction of Engineer - in Charge and the same will be removed after completion of the purpose meant for including mending good damages including all materials, abour & Taxes and all other incidental charges complete.

Hire and labour charges for covering with waterproof tarpolin over the existing transculant sheet in approach road area & other to prevent rain water

Hire & labour charges for covering with water proof good quality tarpoline over the college furniture to prevent rain water at DC RC complete. For 20 days
