Taking down old frames, shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class Hard wood 30 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction , with block board core and plywood face panels , commercial type on both sides, fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old frames, shutters n. exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F first class softwood 30 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I , section 8 , clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F 100mm size mild steel butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 250 mm long mild steel siding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed all as per specified and directed

S & F 150 mm mild steel pressed handles, oval type , stove enamelled black all as per specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed all as specified and directed

S&F 3mm thick glass pane ordinary quality glazing with oil putty not less then 0.5 sqm each pane.

Haking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quaity or description ) from woooden frames or stone , concrete or brick surrounds , glazed with putty or fixed with bead.

M & L 50 mm thick Cement concrete work as in plinth protection type B-1 , 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregates) with finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of pink primer to new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition or cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 completed all as specified and directed

M&L second class soft wood timber frame fixed in scantling clean sawn for roofing ceiling , for wall panelling etc over 40 sqcm in section including dismantling unserviceable timber complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fiber , pulp insulation, etc) or insulation board/ slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F 12 mm thick Pre- laminated particle board , interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination , fixed with screws to timber frame work with nails in wall penelling etc complete all as specified.

All as per above Srl Item No. 23 but except old steel sheeting.

M & L for 0.63 mm thick galvanised ,plain mild steel sheeting, in ridges , hips, valley gutters,drips and straight flashings (lenght and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling reose, pendents, regulator sockets etc, removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/roof all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (Nominal area) FR, PVC insulated, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable un-sheathed in & including PVC casing caping with fittings/accessories and PVC insulated, FR, 1100 volt grade un sheathed copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm size cable earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of Hylam/Mica make as top cover complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) One light point/fan point/buzzer point Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket out let 5 Amp on independent board complete

(c) One socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switch complete

Description all as per item No.27 here-in-before but with cable conductor 2.5 sq mm (Nominal size) & earth wire of 1.5 sqmm for socket outlet 15 Amp on independent board complete

Supply and Fixing switch piano flush button type 5 Amp single pole one way (ISI marked) complete.

S&F LED 18 Watt fittings lumiline basic purpose surface and wall mounted batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver , 230volts, 50 Hz including making necessary connection prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose/PVC connector to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair pressed sheet metal enclosure (MCB DB), single phase and neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type 8 way , 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB 40 Amp SPN 240 volt AC supply rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB 6 to 40 Amp SP 240 volt AC supply rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in repair for two single core (submain) PVC insulated cable with 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area stranded copper conductor and one single core green PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth continuity cable drawn through non metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia including all conduit and fixing accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No. 41 here-in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr upto 3.0 mtr in depth.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in pole/stay/ plinth etc in foundation filling completed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in copping of poles all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, with black and white strips 30 cm each starting with black strip upto 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

M&L pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete.

M&L for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of size 75mm height and 90mm dia size of strap 31x3mm and dia of bolts 12mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete.

M&L for stay assemby complete with accessories such as stay plate 230mmx230mmx6mm, stay rod 180cm long 16mm dia with nuts including GI bow, turn buckle etc. all as per electrical plate No. 01 of SSR Part-I 2009 (loop type insulator, stay strands, excavation, PCC will be measured & paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized steel stranded wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete.

M&L for galvanized steel wire 3.15/4.0mm dia continuous earth wire/guard cradle horizontal/rectangular fabricated with 4mm dia galvanized mild steel binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for OH line including stretching, binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point including testing on completion all as directed by Engr-In-Charge, complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I of 2010.
