REPAIR/MAINTAINANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANTS AT AF STN MAMAURA.

Dismantling the burnt motor and rewinding motor by using super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge as existing and replacement of gun metal bush, bearing and refixing same to the its position of following :-

Squarrel cage induction motor of capacity 25 HP

Condensing pump motor of capacity 5 HP

Cooling tower motor of capacity 3 HP

M&L for complete overhauling of water pump cleaning, oiling, greasing and replacement of ball bearing complete all as directed of the following capacities :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of pump impeller 3 HP to 5 HP pump complete all as directed .

Material and labour for central AC plant 3x20 TR de-scaling and cleaning of chocked pipes of water circulating lines including service valves, condenser (heat Exchanger) to cooling tower by circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits/scale is removed but min 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valves, cooling tower, water spray assembly, cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/ overhauling/greasing etc. replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for carrying out pressure leak test by nitrogen gas of the system of AC plant 3x20 TR for leak proof valve joints, seal & other connected contracts etc. including identifying and rectifying of leakage (if any) and maintaining constant pressure of 160 PSI on lower side and 300 PSI on higher side for 24 hours, complete all as directed by EIC. Note : T&P and nitrogen gas shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantling liquid line strainer from the 3x20TR AC Plant and refixing after cleaning the same with petrol including replacement of bolts, nuts, gaskets all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging of refrigerant gas (R-22) in central AC plant 3x20TR capacity including provision of all T&P as required at site complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for replacement of compressor oil for 3x20TR AC plant complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for cleaning of AHU, cooling coils by applying high air pressure followed by descalling solution and subsequently cleaning complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of control solenoid valve for central AC plant complete all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of the expansion valve and servicing the same thoroughly & refixing the same in existing position.

M&L for replacement of V fan belt B-98. Make : DUNLOP / Fenner.

M&L for replacement of V fan belt A-62. Make : DUNLOP / Fenner.

M&L for replacement of PVC frills of size 600mmx300mmx150mm. Make: - MIHIR/SUVIDHA/ AVIRATS.

S&F in repair u/s HP / LP cut off switch as per existing capacity and make : Danfoss or equivalent.

All as per item No. 21 here-in-before but oil pressure cut off switch.

All as per item No. 21 here-in-before but humidity control switch.

All as per item No. 15 here-in-before but differential temperature thermostat switch with capillary sense. Make :- Honey well/Reco or equivalent

M&L for replacement of Shaft seal assembly for 20 TR compressor complete all as directed by EIC.make:- VOLTAS.

M&L for maintenance / repair, testing and commissioning of open type reciprocating compressor 20 ton capacity including dismantling and disconnecting suction and discharge refrigerant lines, other controls and accessories, loading transporting for repairs to contractor's workshop, replacement / renewal of minor items not covered in the succeeding items but essentially required for completion of the job e.g. gasket kits, cut washers, valve springs, castle nuts etc. and returning back to plant room after necessary repairs and re-installation in its position, all as specified and directed. Note : Items required for replacement of worn out parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-after.

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable pressure gauge of any description and in any position and Supplying and fixing Freon gas pressure gauge of range 0 - 150 PSI, 50 mm dia complete all as specified & directed. Make : Fibig /ACCEL/WAAREE/WIKA/MAHAVEER

Disconnecting and removing existing unserviceable interconnecting wiring and connections of electric control panels of Central AC Plants after thorough checking and inspections at site and material & labour for repairs of electric control panel & its interlocking system by using PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable, single core,1.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volts grade cable for making functional controls of the compressor, condenser water pump, Air handling unit, cooling tower fan, LP/HP/Differential oil, pressure switch, solenoid valve, capacity control valve, thermostat, humidistat, heater, auxiliary contactor, push buttons, indicator, amps meter, volt meter complete as required at site for functioning of central AC plant, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- i) Disconnecting, Taking down and replacement of defective/unserviceable parts/spares/ accessories with new one & its connection shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' here-in-after.

Disconnecting unserviceable contactor and Supply, fixing & testing complete contactor ML-1/ML-1.5 type, three pole power contactor with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts for AC circuit with AC coil voltage 220 Volts grade, 50 Hz having current rating (AC3) of 25 Amps at 415 Volts, 50 cycle complete all as directed by EIC. Make : L&T cat part No. SS91851 or equivalent )

All as per item No. 57 but contactor ML-2 & having current rating of 32 Amps. Make : L&T cat part no SS90701 or equivalent in BCH, Siemens.

M & L for replacement of U/S thermal over load relay of various ranges as per existing make and model starting from 9 Amps to 42 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for replacement of U/S single phase preventer, auxiliary volts 415 volts complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for replacement of U/S push buttons with thermo plastic body actuators with carrier having flush type push button complete all as specified & directed. Make : BCH/C&S/ L&T

S&F Electronic timer for star-delta starter of series ETR 550 complete all as directed by EIC. Make : L&T/Havells
